After three attempts on my part to reach out to this business I was finally contacted by the corporate office and was able to get the bed advertised for the correct price so my fellow consumers please be aware that you don’t have to fall victim to these unscrupulous practices and do your best to be informed and aware until next time

I went in looking for a laptop bag and maybe a wireless mouse for my computer. When I walked in I was greeted and told If I needed any help and if I wanted to open store credit. When I reached the electronics department I was shocked at how everything is so overpriced. The same mouse that I ended up purchasing at Walmart for $ 15 was $ 30 at Curaçao. For any of you who don’t know they do have a small hard to find section near the laptops were they have items that they’re trying to discard of at a reduced price. That’s where I found my laptop bag for $ 20 which is a bargain because the same bag is $ 45 on Amazon.
The worst part of this shopping experience where the cashiers at the front. Two cash registers were supposed to be open but there was nobody attending them. Why? because they were busy away talking They saw me standing and did not bother to help until they finish their conversation. When I was finally helped the cashier made a mistake instead of putting $ 20 she put $ 200. Pay attention at checkout.

Bad customer service plus the people that work at Curacoa are rude.

I recently went shopping to La Curaçao because I needed a straightener, my overall experience was amazing the girl that assisted me was very helpful and even did my hair that day. I’ve been a customer for over 2 years and I love this place.

This store continues to have horrible poor customer service! Employees that don’t care about their jobs orproviding assistance, and don’t even get me started on the returns/​exchanges department. I ended up having to return the TV I originally bought because it was the wrong one! They’re not careful to make sure they’re giving you the products you picked out! That’s unacceptable, and while I should’ve double checked myself I trusted the employee who handled the transaction for me. I picked out a smart TV and the one I took home wasn’t the one I had selected. So I returned it hoping to get the other one I wanted. The line for the returns was very long. It was the weekend but this line moved so slowly, it was ridiculous. It was an hour wait before it was finally our turn. The 4 employees servicing the line kept going to the back and never coming out again further delaying advancement. I did go and pick out another TV with a different employee after I was done there, but even that was a horrible experience! I documented that in my other review about how he made us wait 20 minutes to check if he had the TV in stock and then never came back. We saw him doing other things as if we weren’t waiting for him! We confronted him and said he would be another minute but we were so done. We left and took our business elsewhere which is what I should’ve done from the beginning!

Fkn horrible! Let me explain, you will find things super expensive and some things super cheap, but the expensive stuff is really expensive but a couple hundred expensive, example they had an Xbox one with 2 games and a new controller for $ 850! The console is $ 300 those specific games no more than $ 40 and a new controller $ 60 that’s $ 400 at regular price but they had it at $ 850, now they had patio tables for $ 40 they were all stacked and not in a box, they were dirty as hell and not dust dirty but marking dirty, scratched up everywhere and dents (it was those sturdy plastic ones for patios) they should at least be in a box rapped up like new not fkn used! Here’s another thing they do not allow you to have the cart outside the building, they expect you to carry all your new things you just bought from their store, they tell you to go get your vehicle and pull up closer but you can’t because you will block traffic to enter the parking lot and cross walks, WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THEM! Today I went to buy a microwave and a toaster I had to Kerry them all the way to my vehicle because I could not get closer because I would block traffic and I had to park far because there was no dam parking as well, horrible service were the employees don’t know jack shit of their products, I revolve around technology and they didn’t know what the hell I was talking about when I was at the tv section when I asked them info on the tvs, just horrible over all, gonna stick to Amazon, by the way I would give them a negative star if I could

Try to purchase some camaras at this place no one couldn’t help me everyone kept saying that’s not my area. very disappointed with this place. I won’t be back I will try to find another place to buy.

NEVER expect to get your items back if you take it to get repaired under warranty. Save your money on BS extended warranty Incase what ever you’re purchasing happens to break. Took In my DSLR to get its SD slot repaired, they promised me 3 weeks max to get it back to me, I’m a photographer and even 3 weeks was pushing it for my workflow. Now as always they are giving me the run around for my camera at this point I just want it back. If I would have known (I guess I gave them the benefit of the doubt) I would have left it at Samy’s and just paid the 300 $ to get it fixed within the week. From getting yelled at over the phone to hearing «just 1 – 2 more weeks» every single time I call the pain of working with La Curaçao isn’t worth it. Every store I go to & every call I make is met with TERRIBLE customer service. Save your time and money and go else where even if you’re desperate for credit, don’t shop here, it’s NOT worth all the headaches down the road.

People are not helpful. It took forever to assist me. They need to work on that.

Se concentran en la comunidad latina porque somos los mas Menos informados de precios. ponen un atisimo porcentage de interes al final si un producto vale 500 te lo terminan dando en 1,200. Y tampoco reportan ninguna linea de credito.

One of the best stores In LA all the workers are friendly and they have alot of stuff from Appliances, Electronics, Jewlery and much more. Its a must to visit one of these stores you wont be disappointed

As a loyal customer here at curacao, my experience when I purchased 4 galaxy tablets on june 25, 2015 was not the best. First, the waiting time was over an hour. Second, there was only 2 workers working within that area. Third, after I seen that once the employee was done assisting the customer instead of her coming over and assisting me, she went directly to the computer and started texting. She didn’t leave me with no other option, but to call someone from a different department to get her manager to assist me with my purchase. After doing so thats, when she decide to walk directly to me.
The girl in the technology section whom attempted to submit my purchase was extremely rude, instead of listening to me what i wanted to purchased she was going ahead of me. I was asking her to provide me with further information in camparison of 2 different tablets and she refused to provide information instead she asked me to give her my curacao credit card to finalized the purchased. Than she provided me with false information in reguards to the bundle sale (which included a USB card and earphones of your chioce) and said to me that I have to purchase it all together in order for the tablet to come with its case, but again the case came with the tablet there was no need for me to purchased EXTRA items I didn’t want to. Than she told me that she did not want to deal with me, and started brainwashing my elder sister with the deals. But than again, I mentioned to her that I WAS THE PRIMARY CARD HOLDER, that reguardless if she wanted to deal with me or not she had to becuase it was up to me to finalized the purchase.
I got a bit upset and felted overwhelmed because to me it seem that submitting her sell and getting her commission for the 4 tablets was much more important than making a customer satisfied with the products and service. I honestly felted pressured buying the tablets than to get them from my own will. So I took my card and left very upset.
As i was getting ready to leave the manger in the ebusiness seen i was upset so he walked dircetly to me and ask if everything was ok. I honestly dont remember the managers name, nor the 2 employees that were with him (the young girl and boy whom had only 3 days working for your company) but one thing i can mention is that they provided BETTER customer service and where able to answer all my questions better than the employee working in the technology section. I told him about my situtaion and he decided to assist me with my purchase by buying it online, so i did. I have to say that your ebusiness group is AMAZING, i have nothing else to say but great things about them.
I am so thankful CURACAO added the ebusiness in front of the store. If it wasn’t for the great friendlines, kindness and willingness I wouldnt have purchase or even came back to curacao. I presonallity think that those workers in the EBUSINESS area are the best chioce curacao has made, and i honestly think the whole store should be that particular way because instead of them worrying about submitting sells; they care more about there customers, concerns, and insure each question has been answered its correct and proper manner and insure customers leave your facility happy with their purchase.

Nunca mas regresare a esta tienda, mi mala experiencia comenzó cuando fui a comprar una televisión, una barra de sonido y mesa para tv. el vendedor muy amable, aparentemente nos estaba tratando de ayudar, nos ofreció garantía para la tv, por 280×3 años, y luego amablemente me dijo que mandaría un tegnico para conectar los aparatos, lo que no me dijo era que me estaba cobrando &180 por el tegnico mas &80 por garantía de la barra de sonido que solo lo agrego arovechando la confianza que le demostré, es un abusó nos quieren tratar como si fuéramos retrasados, abusivos, estoy a punto de devolver toda mi compra y nunca mas regresar e esa tienda, por favor dueños de ese negocio, hablen con sus empleados recuerden la honestidad hace que el cliente regrese y recomiende otras personas, ohora pierden un cliente y conmigo mis amigos y familiares eran $ 2000 que estaba gastandoles mas lo que mi familia gasta, ahora ira a otra tienda donde les importe el cliente, consejo a compradores pensarlo bien antes de ir a LA CURAÇAO, CUIDADO.

The worst place ever to do business. I bought a dinning table and paid for delivery and set up and it went all wrong the guys who set up the dining table broke everything… When I called back they told me there was nothing they can do, long story short they offer a new one which I said HELL NO and they still made me pay a restocking fee… Please don’t go there. Take you’re $$ somewhere else and I only give, them this 1 star because I have to post my review. I learned my lesson

I came to buy an air conditioner. I picked one that costs $ 149.99.
At the register, I asked the cashier what the store wareanty was, you know like Wal-​Mart, Target, offer, 30 days, 90 days.
She said the warranty costs $ 47.99
I said, no I’m sorry, how long is the standard store warranty?
She said, «there is none, it’s all sales are final on this, that’s why we offer to purchase a warranty on it. If you don’t buy the warranty then you have to go through the manufacturer. «
Does anyone have any idea how much it costs to ship an air conditioner somewhere and with warranty and then have it shipped back? Yep. Probably all more than the air conditioner is worth! Which is probably what will happen once you find out the warranty policies of the Chinese manufacturer «Hense»

This is a lowest of the low type of retail store. This store is taking advantage of the low income Latinos of the area. They attract bad or no credit customers, lure them in, sell cheap crap, eg Chinese air conditioners, and either screw them over if the item didn’t work, or screw them over with a warranty that costs ¹⁄₅ of the purchase price. My brother recently perchased a 32 inch plasma TV for $ 300 at this store — the company added taxes along with other taxes so his purchase came out to 500 $. It’s insane!

la peor tienda que puede existir, incluyendo la peor atencion al publico! si pagas tus cuentas a tiempo y das más de lo que es tu pago minino no dicen nada, pero si ellos hacen un error, de inmediato te mandan a coleccion, y ya que pierdes todo un dia de trabajo por andar corrigiendo su error, solo se disculpan, pero no entiendo como es posible que una tienda tan grande tenga tanta gente trabajando y de todos no se hace ni un solo buen empleado/​representante, su mala costumbre, de siempre echarse la culpa entre ellos mismos, eso es un chiste. desafortunadamente ellos piensan que los que tenemos credito ahi, todos son ilegales, o que no tenemos un estatus bueno migratorio, pero están super equivocados y piensan que ellos nos están haciendo un «„favor“» a nosotros, jaja, si supieran que sin nosotros esa cadena de tiendas c.a.e.r.i.a.n, como si nada, pero que sigan con sus cuellos parados, no saben que sin nosotros esa tienda no es n.a.d.a, ojala que el o los dueños vieran los reviews de todos y se preocuparan por la gente, no nomás por cambiar de nombre a la tienda y dar tan carisimo. pero bueno pagare lo que les debo, hasta el ultimo penny y tendre que buscar una mejor tienda, que no me critiquen por mi raza o por como me ven vestida, y una buena sugerencia… yo que esa tienda tuviera mucho más cuidado con el servicio al cliente, no valla a ser que un dia de estos llegue un comprador misterioso, y pues ya sabe uno lo que para si uno de ellos llegara a esas tiendas. ah, y por fuerza tengo que dejar 1 estrella, por que por mi fuera, no pondria ni una sola!!!

This place wants a arm and a leg for any electronic. Usually are 300 dollars over the price at any other stores plus the interest are sky high. If u buy a laptop it’s over 1000 bucks and if u check other stores its like half of that price. Don’t buy here !!!
