Wow, the fire!
LA burrito is on point and the secret hot sauce is dank AF! The burrito was massive.
Fish tacos were awesome as well. Once again that secret hot sauce is still the best sauce from a truck that I’ve ever had.

Wow, great food and great service.
This is a great truck and they should be tooting their own horn.
I tried a few things
They tout two kinds of chicken, a grilled mole chicken and Mexican style fried chicken bites. The grilled mole is tasty, just a tad dry, but with a nice undertone of the mole.
The fried chicken bites are the stars of the show though. Great Baja type flavor with just a small bit of crunch.
They were featuring a dish they called Baja Fries. They should have just called it Mexican Fish & Chips because well, that’s what it is. At least I thought so as I was wolfing them down. Good Stuff. A bed of fries topped with several pieces of good fried fish. (sea bass), marinated cabbage, cheese and, truck made tartar sauce.
The service was great, the woman taking my order was very helpful and explained everything.
If i were to make a suggestion here I’d tell this couple to work on their marketing a bit. This is every bit a gourmet food truck but it comes across like a typical taco truck, plain white paint, very generic descriptions of the food. Presentation in my mind is important in this game and the look of the truck takes away from how good it is.
Your stalkers highly recommend this truck so I suppose there’s just one thing left to say.

Quickly becoming my favorite truck! Get the fried chicken. Burrito and the triple salsa threat. Awesome food

Got the fries with fried chicken, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, and cabbage. Fries soggy, chicken good, everything else was good but no guacamole. On the menu but no go. Got a mini cup of salsa instead. Wanted so much to love it. Wasn’t great. Wasn’t horrible.

Amazing food! You have to try the special sauce it’s delicious. The chicken fries and the tacos were to die for not to say the great customer service it’s a must go if you’re in the L.A. area.
