This place has amazing customer service! I bought a guitar amp from Guitar Center a few years ago and a friend of mine accidentally kicked and broke the lever on one side. I called Guitar Center to see what they could do to help me. They said since it was so long ago that I purchased the item they would not be able to help me.
So I called ETI Sound System to see if maybe they could help. They took my call with no holds, I told the tech guy the problem I had. He told me I wouldn’t even have to come in to the factory, because it was something he could help me fix over the phone. Within a couple days he sent me the piece I needed FREE of charge and I called back so he could explain to me what to do. Before I knew it the amp was as good as new.
