You know for this place to run a success business the RUDENESS of how you choose in answering the phone is not welcome or acceptable. I was refer to this place and to ask for Cesar. So I gave them a ring the person who pick up on their end said hello, So I wanted to make sure I was calling the right place Since he didn’t stated his business name. And after asking a in different ways this the place I was looking for he just kept saying hello, then 3^rd time he said how can I help and I said well, I need my phone fix and want to make is this same place next thing you this guy click on me. Yeah? I know right anyways I call back same thing Hello? I said I’m looking for Cesar he said it’s me the same guy that hung up on after telling him look! I’m here to bring my business and was refer to see if your company can help me fix the issue and when I politely ask you if this was that business instead of acknowledging with a yes or no you keep avoiding to answer me and then just hung. Now Idk? If you are having a bad day? cesar but, I want you see I’m not here to bring negative but, my business and I hope you do get to read this maybe you’ll think twice before you answer then business phone again Cesar. I needed to repair a cracked galaxy s3 screen to use as a company phone.
