This place is horrible. Had my sisters 15 two months ago and she didnt give us half the stuff took more than thousand dollars and now says shes not giving us photo and video. If anyone else has gone through this with her please comment we are in the process or sewing her.

I really wish I can give her no stars! This lady called lulu is nothing but a thief. I have done business for her and she never pays! I’ve been to her store to ask for the money she owes and she denies! She has promised many clients the stars but has let them stranded with nothing. Her customers have called me asking for her number because she changes her number and has kicked paying customer out of her store! And they still don’t get there merchandise!

If I could give this place no stars I would! It’s ridiculous that a place like this is still in business. Do NOT go there for anything! They will only steal your money. I’ve gone there multiple times requesting the video and pictures that I paid for and yet have received nothing! I am currently in process of suing this place! It is not right that this has happened to apparently multiple people and they are still able to function like nothing is going on. Both the ladies that are there just say, «Wait, just be patient.» No! I will not be patient! I paid for what I paid for and I an entitled to it by the deadline.
Horrible! So disappointing.

Worst experience ever marcela and Lucy have no professionalism not one bit they never answer the phone they always !!! Give u the run around they always give you excuses for everything … I order my wedding invitations from them not worth it. And the pictures and video still haven’t got them since they haven’t paid the photographer so irresponsible… and when they tell you something is going to be ready in a certain day, when that day comes nothing is ready … And I have to call Every time they never return your call when they say there are especially lucy and Marcella the «owner» always has emergency’s … Don’t go there you just wasting your time and your money …
