For not being a pizza fan, this new spot was pretty tasty. Great customer service, plenty of creative pizza ingredient options. Organic and very reasonable prices. I recommend it and I’m definitely visiting again

I just want to start off by saying that I was a regular customer. I have been ordering from them for two years now, but after today they have LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER! I ordered two pizzas that were never delivered. They had called me and I called back because mistakes are made and I assumed they had the wrong address. The address was correct, but the pizzas were never delivered. The woman on the phone insisted that she was the one who went to deliver the pizza, but no one ever knocked on the door. I then asked for a discount or cancelation of order for the pizza and she said the pizzas were already sold. Pizza Mia took it upon themselves to cancel my order. Not only that, but the woman’s tone was rude. The pizza is good, but it is not worth the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This pizza joint has been open for sometime now. I dont really like buying from mom and pop shops for the simple they have no consistancy. This establishment further proves my point. Just like previous posts, they messed up on my order. I asked for no olives and they bombarded me with them. The tomatoes say they are too lazy to dice them. You have thick slices of tomatoes covering the whole pizza. Besides their craftmanship they took forever to make my pizza. I called ahead and made it for pick up. Gave them 15 minutes after they told me on the phone 10 mins. It took 30 mins in total. Honestly stay away from this place. I paid 15dollars for a veggie pizza, dominos offers it for 13.50. Dominos isnt the best tasting pizza but is a better choice than pizza mia.

This is like the 3rd time this place forgets my order! I use to love ordering from here but their customer service has gone down big time. They didn’t even bother saying sorry we will give you a discount or anything, the first time I let it slide the second time too bc I get it sometimes u do forget but really 3 times? And it’s every time the Female Spanish worker that picks up the phone they have their that this happens. If she can’t place a order maybe u shouldn’t have her picking up the calls! This is really upsetting

Pizza quality is good. Not the best pizza I’ve had but it’s not that bad. They do have great deals though. My favorite is the 2 pizzas, wings and a 2 liter soda. Plus there’s a movie rental store in front in case you’re in the mood for pizza and a movie.

I screwed up and ordered from this shop by mistake. It’s OK. The pizza crust it fluffy but it is way too soft in the body of the pie. The toppings could be way better and not so skimpy. Not the experience I was hoping for when I order two pies recently. Won’t reorder from Pizza Mia as I have found much better fare from other shops nearby. Yeah, I was disapointed to say the least.

the pizza is great the breadsticks are OK. the marinara sauce was bitter didn’t taste fresh. And customer service was horrible. Not friendly at all… asked the lady for more cheese and peppers because she had only given me one of each, and gave me only one of each again. Stingy much? Probably won’t go back!

This pizza parlor has the best pizza near the video store. Especially the pizzas with pepperoni which are the best. If you want to have a pizza and video this is the place to order pizza (for the video you would have to to Star Video to get a movie). The bottom line is that this is the best pizza wit natural ingredients.

So Eric has contacted me to reimburse me the money we paid because his wife lied. However he wants me to help him catch the guys who did it. Because it’s not fair to him the time and money his business lost. I’m sorry this happened but that is not my problem. This is what you set yourself up for when you open a business. Maybe you guys should take a course on how to manage a business so this doesn’t happen again. As far as the money, I live paycheck to paycheck with 5 kids to feed so those 30 bucks to me where a big deal. However looking at it now you may need them more than I do. All I can say is God knows that your wife is a lying fuck face and I hope you lose more than what i did. Once again people don’t come here. His response proves that they were at fault. They falsely accused us of stealing pizza. If you don’t want to end up in a similar situation don’t eat here. Bad bad bad customer service.

An employee of this business called police over to my brother in laws house and claimed he delivered pizza to him and saw him eating it. My brother in law was handcuffed in front of his small children because this woman pointed him out. He didn’t order pizza let alone eat it. Never eat here. They will accuse you of something you didn’t do. My brother in law had to pay for the pizza he didn’t order or eat or go to jail.

Employees have no ethic and falsely accused of delivering pizza and calling police over. Almost had my friend arrested over this. This woman should be fired! You just don’t do that. Unethical employees bring your business down. I will see that everyone I know reviews this place until we get an apology and my friends money back!

The pizza in this shop is deceptively delicious. The store doesn’t have anything special about it besides the food. The pizza dough is made fresh and this adds a whole new dimension to the flavor of their pizzas. Definitely worth a visit!

Best pizza in Huntington park. Always friendly staff and prices are very reasonable. Have different flavors of pizza, wings, bread sticks good stuff! I prefer this pizza over little ceasers, carry out special is $ 6 but the quality is much better then other pizza places with the same price range.

I usually order pizza after picking up movies next door. I love their wings but I still think their pizza could be better (crust is too dry). I’m usually in-​and-​out in about 10 min. I really haven’t ordered much off the rest of their menu. I really wish they had a slurpie machine now that it’s getting hot!
