Pizza syill good after 6 years of coming here. Accurately melted cheese gives these pizzas a scrumptious taste. Fast and always fresh

Worst pizza place ever. Has zero customer service skills, you basically have to go up and yell at a employee to hear you out and take your order. They lose orders as well and I ended up waiting 1 hour for a pizza. Don’t recommend.

Horrible. I placed and paid a order a day before event, I gave specific time that I needed my order ready. I arrived and my order was still not prepared. Never again

The guy that answers the phone is never rude to me, I order from this place pretty often too, the trick is knowing what you want and how you want it and be quick to the point too. The paisita doesn’t have time to be hearing your life story, it’s not like it’s that exiting anyways.

I ordered the Super Porto Pizza. I did not have a problem with them before. I usually order it for work meetings. This time I ordered it for a small family gathering and it was an embarrassment. The pizza took 1 hr to arrive to my house, my house is 6 minutes away. Once the pizza arrived I didn’t mind because the driver was so nice and apologized for the delay, but when we opened the box… Pepperonis were overlapped and almost all at one side. I wanted to speak with the manager and the call was«dropped». I dialed again and the person that answered the phone said that the manager was busy and that there was nothing he could do about my issue, that in fact they were running late and that they had to let me go. Very very rude.

We order their party size specials all the time for school functions. They deliver almost always right on time. It’s about $ 20 and has around 45 slices. The students’ eyes always light up when they see two giant pizzas entering the classroom. We give the kids two slices each, some soda and there are never complains. I serve it to the students and once or twice its been a little greasy but most days it’s light, fluffy, crispy, good balance and really flavorful bread. I can’t ever remember having problems ordering, paying over the phone with credit card or anything. I usually just order in person because it’s easier for me and they are close by. The ladies especially have great customer service.

I ordered this pizza for a class party and it was amazing! The size was more than enough, the kids loved it, and the delivery man was so nice and polite. They brought me cups, plates and napkins. I will definitely call them back again for another class party.

I had a late lunch there today. I got the #1 on the menu which was a spicy creamed bow tie pasta with chicken and sun dried tomatoes. It was good and there was plenty of it. It came with a salad and garlic bread. The food was plentiful and tasty. The place is hard to see tucked in the corner of a small strip mall. The people were friendly and the price was right as the #1 with a large bottle of water was $ 10 even. The kitchen looked clean, and there were plenty of tables. The only negative is many were not clean and had crumbs on them and the booths are a bit long in the tooth. Bottom line. Good food and service, but not a place for a date.

Service was terrible!!! The ladies were rude and not attentive. The kitchen is a mess! The food is ok, not the best pasta nor the worst either but ok. The Shrimp Alfredo Fettuccini was $ 10.00 and was not that good. My order took about 40 – 45 minutes? I waited b/c I had hopes this place would be delicious, and I was very much disappointed. I will definitely consider this visit my first and last, judging from everything I am not interested in trying anything else here. I’m done with this place and I would NOT recommended. I would much rather go to La Tratoria(I believe that’s the name of the pasta place on Pacific). Terrible!!! I am being nice.

I own a small business in the area and am always willing to extend the same type of support and courtesy; however these guys strike out on every way possible. If I acted the same way in my business; I would have been closed down over 5 years ago. I was recommended by a friend who is a officer in the Huntington Park Police Force. He has been working in the neighborhood for almost 20 years so I figure he would know what he was talking about. I drove down and wanted to treat my employees and we all voted on pizza. Based on a recommendation; I decided to give these guys a try. Boy was I wrong. The heavy set guy in a white t shirt(kind of like the ones you see in the movies at a pizzeria) approached me and took my order. There was no greeting, No how are you, No how can I help you. He just grabbed his pen and pad and expected me to just say what I wanted. Then the phone went off and instead of saying, «give me a moment sir»; he proceeds to take the order on the phone and I am standing there for like literally ten minutes. Being frustrated already; I kind of gave my order with attitude. Something in my mind told me I should have left. My order was simple, Large Pepperoni with Sausage. The fat guy behind the corner says give him 30 to 40 minutes. I am like cool, I am probably expecting something bomb. I went back to work and arrive about 45 minutes after I placed the order. Guess what; pizza wasn’t done. I was pissed but patient. I sat in the front for another 25 minutes. I already made my mind I am not coming back at that moment. I could have just placed the order at Domino’s down the street and been eating already, but no I wanted to support small business. I finally get my pizza. I asked for Parmesan and Crushed Peppers and he was upset that I took up 10 seconds of his life to go get it. I never got a single Thank You at the end of the transaction. So here is the kicker, I get back to my shop and the pizza slices were never cut. You make pizza for a living; I ate pizza for over 30 years of my life; never once did a place forget to cut slices. You had one single job to make pizza and you messed it up! How is this place still around? They have to probably give their food for free if the local police support them. I had to make another trip to 7 – 11 to buy plastic knives which obviously couldn’t cut through the breading. I was too pissed to drive back to the pizza place. I now get brochures or flyers for coupons mailed to my store for promotions. I just throw it in the trash when I see it. I really tried but knowing if I ran my business the same way; I wouldn’t be around.
