Stay away from this place people they are agencies«that help you find apartments fast» it’s all lies they will keep your money I’ve already got scammed by another agency from Craigslist and I called to this one and it’s the same thing so since I already knew I reported them and now I’m making a review to try to help people not get scammed.

Everybody plays the fool sometime. I did with this fake scam called Servicios Multiples. I saw a house that I liked on Craigslist. I called the number and the man who answered told me it was still available, but that a lot of people were interested and I had to act fast. So I drove to his office in Huntington Park. He asked for my driver’s license and $ 150 cash, which he said was refundable. When I questioned why he needed cash up front to show me a house, he said that it was to keep away the people who weren’t serious and were just wasting his time. For some reason that made sense to me at the time and I gave him the money. He then gave me a listing of available houses and apartments, basically the same thing you will find on Craigslist. I told him I was interested in that one specific house and he told me to go see it and finalize everything with the owner. All this time I was thinking he was the agent representing the owner. I went to look at the house, rang the doorbell, and the lady who answered said she lived there and was not moving out. She seemed surprised someone was inquiring about renting the house. I drove back to Servicios Multiples and the guy was gone for the day. I have been back three more times and he’s never there. On the phone he told me he never promised me the house and that I misused the list. He then threatened to call the police if I show up at his office one more time. So I lost $ 150, but I’ll be sure to continue spreading the word about this place, so he’s bound to lose more money than that. Stay way. Servicios Multiples is a scam, and unfortunately they seem to prey on people who are new to the area and speak no English. In my case, I was just a fool who gave away $ 150, but you don’t have to.

THISBUSINESSIS A SCAM!!! Do not go here. When you call them from Craigslist they tell you, you should bring $ 150 cash/money order for a deposit. They will give you a list of addresses for rent and they will have the landlord meet you there when you find a property you like. If you don’t find anything $ 150. Also bring a your ID for a copy and last two pay stubs. You get there they say that they will give you the list and have you sign a paper stating they will give you back the money after three month if you cant find anything. Well I debated it and decided to give it a try. I told the lady«Sandra» that this is my last day because I am in a hurry to find a place and need to find one today. I asked if it was a sure thing that I will meet with the owners of the property today. She said, Yes because on Sundays the owners agree to meet all day. I go to the first house and Sandra says«He is in church right now, I gave him your number and he will call you as soon as he gets out. This was at 11:30am. I go to the next property then Sandra says«I didn’t even know it was a long weekend. This owner is out on vacation til Tuesday. I tell her that I feel I am wasting my time because you promised someone would be home and so far two places and they aren’t home. I go to the next home, it was ghetto so I moved to the next one and Sandra said«oh I’m sorry this property isn’t showing til Wednesday but I’ll call them to see if they will meet you today. Call back in five minutes» I call back and no answer, again no answer, again no answer, So I decide to drive to the office. I get there and two couples are standing outside waiting with the same problem and the door was locked. It was now 2pm and she told me at the beginner they wouldn’t be closing til 4pm. I then went to the business to the right of them and asked some questions. The daughter said her friend had bought a list two years ago and she never received her money and never found a place from them. Again DONOTGIVEYOURMONEYAWAYLIKE I DID. THISIS A SCAM!
