The Children’s Place

This Children’s place is located in a weird spot, Pacific Blvd. in Huntington Park. I honestly found it a bit odd since all of the surroundings stores sell items of poor quality.
I walked in and the store was in complete disarray. It was packed with children running around everywhere, parents didn’t have control of their children. I get that it’s a children’s clothing store but come on. Don’t let your children run around like packs of wild cheetah’s.
The Children’s place has some really great deals from time to time and I’ve never left disappointed but on this occasion I did. They had a great deal on fleece sweat pants and sweat shirts but the amount of sizes they had was very limited. It was a bit of a headache trying to go through all of the disorganized clothes.
On top of that the store was stuffy, a lot of the displays were very close together, you didn’t have much room to walk and bumping into people was inevitable.
The only positive thing I have to say is that the lines moved quick despite the lines being really long and the cashier was friendly.

I love the sales The Children’s Place have. However, the store needs to be more organized, and have more items for boys. The lines are a little slow. Customer service not so great. Unfortunately this is the closes one to my house.

Great prices! But seriously Corporate your cashiers suck! Slowest lines ever. worst service. find a way to speed up sales process! Messy and cluttered.

I had the most unpleasant Experience. So not everyone gives gift receipts when gifting. I went to exchange my child’s gift for a size that fit and Not Only was I not able to return and exchange Xmas gifts products due to the fact that within the lat 90 days I had apparently exchanged clothing. But I was told I would have I wait 180 days. On top of that I called my spouse so he could exchange as he had never exchanged anything. And to his and my surprise he couldn’t either. Children’s place has totally disappointed I will let everyone I know know about this and never shop there again.
