Initially, I only intended on receiving an estimate from them because the party at fault for the accident had Liberty Mutual and that is where they sent me. I went on my lunch and expected it take much longer than the 30 – 40 minutes that was estimated. Bruce was prompt and accurate with his assessment on time and repair timeframe. They followed up with me via phone and mail, showing they truly care about the customer experience. The office is helpful and honest. I chose to use them for the repair despite having a relationship with the car dealer collision place that I had already used previously because of the impact they made with their customer service.
