History

Established in 2008.

Davenport Agents, LLC is a privately held, Alabama woman owned small business (WOSB) specializing in homes, investment, and commercial real estate brokerage services. We are a small brokerage maintaining a high quality staff of Realtors — buyer agents and listing agents. Both of the principles of Davenport Agents initially joined a local EXIT Realty brokerage as independent contractors, Realtor Associates, and home listing & sales agents. After only being in business for about 3 months, the real estate market crashed in the US, ending hundreds of Realtors’ careers and stiffening market competition more than ever before, due to seller negative equity and increasing unqualified buyers. When most were leaving the real estate business, Davenport saw this as an opportune time to learn to survive in the hard times. Taking advantage of our highly technical and business backgrounds, we quickly and steadily became top of the market producers and are continuing to thrive and prosper.

Chastity Davenport, Qualifying Broker for Davenport Agents is a seasoned client-​focused real estate team leader. Born and raised in the Huntsville area, she knows Huntsville Homes. Her background in real estate began in customer service and new home construction as a Production Coordinator for multiple national and local new homes builders. Chastity is a well-​known marketing and advertisement expert and serves as a technology consultant, real estate school instructor, and business technology trainer for multiple businesses in the Huntsville area. She delivers local classroom training to other real estate professionals in North Alabama and to the business community in Huntsville. She truly stays on the cutting edge of real estate technology and business marketing techniques as a social media and web expert.
