Our apartments have high quality furniture and appliances and our amenities are one of a kind. From first floor apartments to pool view apartments, we have a variety of living arrangements for every person.

History

Established in 2010.

The Forum at Sam Houston is a Brand New Community. We broke ground on construction in May of 2010. Out of our Temporary Leasing Center, we started leasing in October of 2010. Our first Building was completed in April and since then we have had 50+ people move in early.

Love my little apartment so cute and homey! Nice safe quiet place to live! I love the shuttle service and the drivers are great! The office staff is nice. The business office is perfect for studying. wouldn’t want to live anywhere else!

I also have mixed feelings, I like the forum and the staff is friendly, but I am paying to live in a gated community, and they have yet to close the gates since I have lived here, which then leads to random people using the gym who you can tell, do not live there.

Overall, I love living here. I did have an issue with my AC over the Summer and the new owners were too cheap to fix it, so I went about a month where the maintenance guys had to come out every day to add freon. It ended up being a stupid decision on the owners part, and it made it more expensive in the end. They calmed my frustration on the whole situation, however, by not charging me for the following months utilities (because I basically just paid for hot air to circulate while it was broken). They’re nice people overall, and I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.
