Jack Haney opened his law practice in Huntsville, Texas in 1972. The firm has changed names over the years but has remained a pillar in the community since 1972.

Jacob P.

Business Owner

Jacob Paschal, a graduate of Huntsville High School, obtained his Bachelor of Arts with highest honors from the University of Texas at Austin. While at the University of Texas at Austin, Jacob also completed the Business Foundations Certification Program, with highest distinction. After college, Jacob received a scholarship and attended law school at Baylor University. Jacob graduated from Baylor University School of Law and was licensed to practice law in Texas in 2008. After graduating from law school, Jacob practiced law in Houston, Texas for five years.

Jacob handles all types of litigation, including personal injury cases (car accidents, 18-​wheeler accidents, wrongful death cases) on a contingency fee basis throughout Texas. The initial consultation for personal injury cases is free. As a client, you pay no fee if there is no recovery.
