Mr. K;s Halfway House for Hounds and Kitties Too started in 1998 with Wilma Garrett and Jackie Price, mother and daughter. With Wilma having a heart of gold for animals and the drive to help homeless animals the adventure began. We were one of the first 5 non profit, no kill pet shelters in Houston, TX. We have placed homes for over 300 dogs and cats and still counting…
