I needed my Hummer detailed prior to selling it, yet was nervous about the bad reviews other local auto detail shops have. Found Rocket City on Google and saw great reviews, so I gave them a try.
Their online booking was super convenient and easy, with a list of service options, dates and times. I received a confirmation reply within minutes, and appointment reminders, as well as a review request after the service was complete. Whoever owns or manages this place is top notch.
The guys that did the detailing worked super hard. My vehicle was bigger than they expected and took an hour longer than they expected, but rather than complain or try to charge me extra, they smiled and said they had fun and enjoyed cleaning it! They really oozed positive energy and I’ll be highly recommending them to friends and family… including Unilocal
