Suddenlink cable service sucks big time. Only had a few weeks and first issue fixed successfully after technician came out. Now audio repeatedly stops working. Call in support acts like a non human and attempts to fix remotely does not work. This only way now is to wait AGAIN several days, take off work without pay AGAIN for a technician to come out. AND to be told I would be charged if the fault is with my TV unless I want to buy some warranty plan. My TV works great without cable. WISHMYAREAHADBETTEROPTIONS If you have another option, take it because Suddenlink is crap.

Worst company ever. Horrible customer service. When we call to talk to customer service we were put on hold for over an hour. The people in the store are also rude and not helpful. We bought a fight on pay per view and then it would not let us watch it, when we called customer service we were put on hold for over an hour. If I could rate them less than one star I would.

Wanted to upgrade my service to watch Dr. Who this weekend. After my wife scheduled the appointment I find out its gonna be a 50 dollar charge so I tell them I’ll upgrade if they drop the fee. They wouldn’t so I cancel. Now after 5 people calling me becouse of my response on a survey they sent they tell me only the local office can wave the fee but they refused too so I guess no Dr. Who this weekend :(

Painless enough process and they seemed honest and upfront. Fast internet… but we shall see how the service is over time. Had to pay a $ 50 deposit for the modem, but they gave me all the wires including a splitter and an extra coax cable.
