Had surgery on my knee today at the Surgery Center in Huntsville, AL. I can’t say enough good things about the professionalism and just how nice these people are. Dr. Cantrell at TOC in Huntsville is a great Dr. and I’d recommend this wonderful guy to anyone. No question left unanswered and in the pre op area an RN popped in every few minutes to see if I needed anything. Not a great experience as I have a 1 foot slice down my knee but they made the whole thing not enjoyable but certainly better than it could have been. This is not my first time there but every time they made it as good as it could be under the circumstances.

The surgery center staff was pretty good to me. Very sweet & good about getting me back on time & getting everything hooked up making sure I was comfortable. However, my surgeon; Dr. Goodson an orthopedic surgeon was horrible. He was late, he came in & said it would be 15mins, but that turned into an hr. I ended up being in the back for 2 hrs before I was taken to the OR. No one ever offered an explanation as to why he was late. He was very boring, very dull personality… Didn’t seem like he cared about me, very dull & short with my surgery escorts (family). He needs to learn to smile a little.

Improper collection practices and billing.
Steals money using 3rd party agent and threats.
Unwilling to compromise, agressive and antagonistic.
Be very careful when dealing with this company they have very sneaky and unfair practices.
Would seriously consider alternatives unless you want a lot of headaches and like to throw your money away.

Very nice outpatient surgery center. Staff is very friendly and organized. The waiting areas are comfortable and there is wi-​fi. The second waiting area has coffee and vending machines with sodas and snacks. Plenty of parking in front of the building.

Yes better than going to the hospital. Good atmosphere. Could use an update on the paint and deco. Great staff and associates.
Recommend over any hospital in Huntsville.

Very comfortable waiting room. Pleasant staff. Much better than going to the hospital.
