It could be that I am spoiled, as my gym back home is brand new and REALLY nice, but I found this place rather sad and depressing. Staying with my mom and this place is in walking distance, so headed over earlier this week for a workout. Cardio machines are old and there are only 2 or 3 models available. Also seemed a bit warm in the building, except for the locker room. I wanted to grab a few free weights and do my workout in there! Anyway, haven’t done nearly as much this week as I planned to… but, hey — it’s vacation, right???

BEWARE!
A close friend of mine had their car window broken and was robbed of valuables worth thousands of dollars. We later found out that someone else had been robbed the very same way a couple weeks prior and nothing was done about it.
The business owner was indifferent and refused to put lights on the parking lot in front of the building. The local police we unable to do anything to help.
They need to put up lights and cameras to protect their clients. We will NOT be going back!
UPDATE — After our ordeal, someone was robbed again very recently with the same profile — car window smashed in parking lot just after dark.
