I have been in the air conditioning industry since 1989. Wow! There have been so many changes! The level of comfort we can provide now is so advanced now compared to when I started. And the energy savings that are available are amazing. I have been trained in heat loss/​gain calculations, air flow diagnostics and repair, whole house comfort/​energy analysis. Turning an uncomfortable, expensive to cool house into a comfortable home with low energy bills is my goal every day.

The only thing negative I have to say about AirCo is that they are extremely pricey! Other than that, the service Technician that came out was nice and got the job done quickly. They charge you $ 85 just to come out… that is to do NOTHING. Then, to find a fuse that was blown, they charged me $ 115 to locate and diagnose the problem. I feel, that the $ 85 should be charged if they come out and the homeowner backs out and doesn’t get any work done. If they do work, the $ 85 should be included in the price of the fix. Nickel and Diming really. I may go with another company next time to see if they are any less expensive

My AC went out last night. I called AirCo at 7 am this morning and they had someone out by 12:30. Jerry was nice and fixed my ac with no problems. $ 80 for a service call plus repairs. Worth the money!

If you try and get a warranty repair get ready to wait. I had a part that was under warranty that went bad and was told I would have to pay diagnostic fee and would not be able to come and fix for at least 3 days. Its August in Texas and they know that you will cannot wait 3 days to have A/​C fixed. So the warranty provided is worthless.

Beyond excellent customer service! Everyone was super friendly & extremely helpful from our sales rep Sandra, the install team, and front office, Stacy, who processed my payment. We had (well my mom did) on the Ac and they were always polite and knowledgeful in answering any questions. The install team was on time and very courteous and installed the AC system in one day! The install team worked hard and kudos to them for their excellent effort and teamwork to complete the install in one day.
Always polite to my parents. Sandra answered every questions I had even a reschedule on the installation of the Ac.
We had the Ac running over weekend and can tell the noticeable difference in the cooling vs our old Ac system. The communication at this company is unbelievable from everyone I have talked to. They chose the right Ac for our house too.
Air Co should be your ONLY option to choose for buying a new Ac system or if you have any problems with them helping you fix an old Ac system. They are fair, honest, and have excellent customer service! Look no further than Air Co! If I could have gave them higher than the max 5 stars on Unilocal,I would have! Great job and well-​deserved on a perfect 5 star review! We are lucky to have this co be based out of DFW.

AirCo is a company that will be on site ASAP to diagnose and fix any HVAC issues that you may have. I’ve called them a couple of times to figure out why my AC was blowing hot air and they came within a very short window.
My issues with AirCo are that their staff you deal with on the phone can be rude and abrupt at times and that they tend to upsell you on products that may be a bit pricy. I recently called to get a quote on a component for my AC unit and was informed that I could not be given a quote over the phone, despite the fact that they already had the serial number and other information from a previous visit to diagnose. The lady on the phone stated that she had to call the manufacturer to verify if my part was still under warranty or not and would call me once she had that information to give me a realistic picture of whether or not the part was under warranty. After not hearing back, I called the very next day to follow up and she informed me that she attempted to call the manufacturer but they were closed (which I don’t believe… most major corporations are not closed on Good Friday). She then asked how old my system was and quickly informed me that the part was not under warranty. Based on what I’ve read online, most parts have a 10 year warranty and my system is not quite 10 years old so I’m a bit hesitant to believe that information. Also, my system is younger than 10 years old so I don’t need a total replacement because it’s run on Puron 410A (the new refrigerant) and a new part would not be incompatible with the rest of my system.
The techs that come out to your home are very friendly, kind, and willing to fix the issue as soon as possible. They also understand economics and the fact that everyone doesn’t have thousands of dollars lying around to repair and replace AC systems. If the office staff were as friendly as the techs, AirCo would get a solid 5 star rating from me.

I’ve been an AirCo customer for over 13 years. In that time our system has not had any major issues. We’ve always had AirCo service our system and all the techs that have come out are professional, clean and polite. We recently decided to have our Trane system replaced so naturally I called AirCo for a quote on a new system, but because this is such a specialty item and not something you purchase all the time, I also contacted a competitor of AirCo for a quote. AirCo’s quote beat their competitor hands down, not even close really (I was a little surprised by this). I also feel like the system I ended up with was of higher quality/​level than the competitor’s offering. Sandy is the AirCo salesperson who came out to give the quote and she was awesome to deal with. She even made a special trip to meet me at my office one day to sign some paperwork. This is the kind of company that’s easy to maintain a long term relationship with. Seriously, if your looking for an HVAC company to service or install your system look no further. Thank you AirCo!

I highly recommend Airco. My air conditioning and heating unit was installed by Airco through my builder. I only had to have minor adjustments made to my unit. Whenever I have contacted their office, the administrative reps are very helpful and knowledable. They scheduled my non emergency appointments with a quick turnaround time. The techs that came out to my house were very professional and efficient.
I continue to use there service in order to maintain my HVAC system. I purchase my filters through them, and they have competitive pricing, plus they have my unit records on file and can tell me exactly what filter I need, in the case that I do not have my measurements on hand. Great service!

The company is highly professional, knowledgeable and the best customer service experience that I have had to date when working on remodeling and upgrading our 1960’s home. Not only has our air quality increased but our electricity bills have taken a drastic nose dive. The unit works so well that we have had to reprogram the thermostat to higher temps as not to freeze. We had several people quote use for replacement that same day and none came close to the caliber of the AirCo experience. They even went over and above to fix an unexpected thing that they found during the installation with a custom made part that they fabricated at the shop while the installations were working on our replacement. Outstanding job!!!
