Been 8 – 10 times. No more. They pretend to open up sanitized instruments but they aren’t sealed… just dump it out. Use there own storage cases that look filthy. Soaker bowls dumped and just restacked. Pulled a hangnail on my foot and blood and pain followed with no warning or apologies. Had wax on brows and she actually cut my forehead with trim scissors. Had to point out blood. Pressured me into gel nails. Her station was dirty with clipped nails/cloths that were not new or clean. Omg. Hope I didn’t get a disease. Never again. Pay attention people.

I am getting a pedicure here right now and wondering where the negative feedback is coming from. Very clean facility, wonderful massage chairs, friendly staff, relaxing music, great pedicure. Ivy took her time and did a great job! Thank you Diva Nail Salon! I will be back! Also summer hours they open at 11 AM on Sunday!

This is a place to skip. I have gone 3 times and they have raised the price for the same pedicure and gel manicure each time. And on top of everything else the do a worse job each time. $ 50, $ 55, then $ 65! And no notice.
I told them I will NEVER be back. Too many other honest salons that do a good job.

It’s was ok… it’s one of those nail salons that is always in a rush. Doing your nails while your getting a pedicure I hate that. The guy that works there is extremely rude. He was very short and mean. When he gave me my manicure I thought he was gonna pull my fingers off during the massage part. This place is ok but i think I will go back to my old place
