We provide legal care for anyone with a family law problem. That means that we represent clients with the following legal needs: divorce, custody of children, child support, property division, adoption, name changes. We recognize that each person and his/​her case is different and make sure that we take care of each client’s individual needs. We represent clients using litigation, collaborative law, and mediation. Both Lisa Hoppes and Anita Cutrer are trained family law mediators.

History

Established in 2000.

Lisa Hoppes was licensed to practice law in the state of Texas in 1994 and Anita Cutrer was licensed to practice law in Texas in 1993. Both Lisa and Anita were solo practitioners and focused on criminal defense and family law. In 2000 Anita and Lisa formed a partnership and in 2005 they both limited their practice to family law only. In 2012 the firm added another attorney, Dana Manry. She also limits her practice to family law.

In 2011 the business moved to its current location in Hurst.
