This group is SUB-​PAR for sure.
We were recommended to use this group for the sale of our 2007 home, so we could build a new smaller house, with a builder in our area. We had four kids and now we are down to the youngest two, so we don’t need all this space.
DON’T USE The Pyron Team, PERIOD!!!
We asked about getting our house on Zillow, as most everyone I know use
web site for browsing houses for sale, over and over and over. It took them over 4 months of a 6 month contract to get our house on Zillow!!! How is this even possible?
Our house was on Zillow for 21 days and we get an offer (of course in the 11^th hour) and the communication from this group is (Well we got an offer on your house for 10k less than the asking price) atrocious!!! We received no information on how we, THEIR customer, should proceed, no guidance on what we should do (counter offer, what their thoughts on the offer were or ANYTHING AT ALL!!!) This group doesn’t know how to guide their customers at all. I warn ANYONE wanting to use this group and go find someone else NOW!
UPDATE: November 05 2015:
We now get a lot more information on just how underhanded this GROUP really is.
They waited till 2:30PM to tell us about what our options were and informed us the She (whoever called us, was leaving at 3PM and then just hung up??? What is this. The entire weekend goes by and we come to find out that if they sell the house after the 6 month contract that their commission goes back up to 6% from 3% and that the $ 5k spiff, for us dropping the asking price was also GONE! WTH?! Oh and we get more «good» news. The actual offer wasn’t even complete. What does this even mean?! Is ANYONE at this group even trying to help their customer or are they just wanting to make more and more money off of us?! Well, we now know and feel that they were just Sand Bagging this offer to see how much money the could RAPE us for! So we declined this «wonderful» offer and have asked them to just take out house off of the market. We are not going to stop at this scathing Unilocal review. We are going to take this all the way to the Better Business Bureau as well.
I hope the Pyron Group gets their Keller Williams ticket pulled, as I would NEVER even think about using this company again, I would not even recommend them to my worst enemy.
