I just moved to the area and had no idea where to go to get any kind of auto service. I came across Hutto Fast Lube and the customer service was great. Before I even got out of my car to ask about the service there was already a worker standing by my car waiting to service me. All I need was a oil change and they were so nice and friendly the whole time. Great and fast service. I will definitely going there again

These guys a great! I came in for an oil change and to have my tires rotated and they had me in and out in less that 20 mins! Fastest service I’ve ever had anywhere. I don’t even live nearby but this is my first choice from now on.

Maybe I pulled up at a bad time or something. But just terrible customer service. All of the employees looked unhappy and were very unorganized.
I waited 20 mins and left. To many other places want my business and will get it. No thanks.

These people are amazing. My husband messed up his tire one night before work and had to drive to Hutto on his spare. I communicated with Scott through email the entire day in regards to getting his tire fixed. They even had my husband drop his keys off to the front desk at the high school where he works and they came to pick up his car, fixed it and then brought it back. ABOVE AND BEYOND!
They were so incredibly helpful and I can’t thank them enough for getting his tire fixed while he was teaching, not having to leave work was just incredible.

Fast, friendly and honest. No constant needless up selling of services you don’t need. Miguel and the guys do a great job, and get you in and out quickly. If you want shop local and not give your money to the bigger chains– this is the spot. Jiffy lube us $ 20 more for same service, NTB cheap but you wait too long and they just seem sloppy. Great business and great service.

I rolled in and asked how much for a tranny flush and filter change. Guy says $ 95. I tell him that’s kind of high– how long will it take. Half an hour. I said– ok– I’m in a hurry so I’ll pay it. An hour and half later the boss man rings me up. $ 180. Says the filter change was another $ 90 but they knock off five bucks when you do both. I said I was told $ 95 for both. He gets the kid out of the garage that said $ 95 to come deal with me and occupies himself on the phone. Kid says he only quoted the flush (I distinctly said flush and filter/​pan drop).Room full of customers. They had the keys of course.
I suppose you have to get something in writing up front? Too bad.

First off when I drove by with our U-​haul trailer we went to the wrong place but the staff already knew that. LOL! After realizing we went to the wrong place (storage facility next door) we drove into Hutto Fast Lube. There was a gentleman already waving his hands at us to let us know where to drop the trailer off. They were pretty busy with cars in the shop. I thought that was very proactive to him. I told my finace this would be the place to get her oil changes too.

Hutto Fast Lube, is the only place to go for oil, brakes, tires, inspections and Uhaul needs. The owner is great, and his whole crew is top notched. They will be honest with you upfront. They are a true credit to Hutto’s community feel, and will be the only place I will ever go again.

Hutto Fast Lube is great! They may not always be quick but they have great customer service and a great little dog to keep you company while you wait: D I have never gone wrong using them, I have been using them for over 5 years and will continue using them for many more.

Hutto Fast Lube— Everyone on the crew outside is friendly and well trained. The owner is a really nice guy too and always seems to be in a really great mood. They offer quality oil brands and products, are honest about anything that needs to be fixed or replaced and offer service that goes well beyond any of their competition across the tracks.

Hutto Fast Lube is right down the street from us. Great service, reasonable prices. They’re always nice, many of our members are using them too. They drop their car off before their workout and pick it up afterwards.

They’re fast, efficient, pleasant, and reasonably priced. I also like doing business with a local firm vs. a national chain. The work done here is every bit as good or better than the nationals, the price seems at least a bit better, and I had a better experience overall. I went in for just an oil change and a lube, and I’ll be taking all such business there in the future. You also get to pick your oil brand — Penzoil, Castrol, etc., vs. getting the brand affiliated with the national quick lube type places. No frills, no fuss — they provide the service you go for quickly and inexpensively. Works for me.
