I offer to plan organize and lead a drug/​alcohol Intervention. What is an Intervention? An Intervention is when family and friends gather together to help an addicted family member seek treatment. We will come to your home to consult with you and members of the planned Intervention. We will provide education on addiction and co dependance. We will do the research on the most suitable rehab referral. There will be a second meeting for further planning and rehearsal, the time and place will be set. On the day of the Intervention, We will conduct the Intervention. The addicted person will be escorted to the rehab at once, all preparations having been made. We will monitor and case manage the addicted persons progress including treatment plan. At discharge we will have a relapse prevention plan ready. We can case manage the person up to the first 90 days. We can provide conseling for any family member who needs help…
