My daughter, a young adult, who was trying to understand services being offered asking this «doctor» legitimate questions about said service rather than simply nodding, smiling and paying but not understanding what for… he refused to answer the question saying it was a «moot point» since she wasn’t getting the service” then as he was writing his notes he mumbles «everything isn’t free» …when she’d already signed the paper and agreed to the treatment but just wanted a greater understanding.
As she was leaving they tried to charge her for the service he didn’t give… when the office manager went to confirm he declined to provide the service all of a sudden the haze of his preconceived notions, if not outright racism cleared.
They tried to reschedule the treatment and my daughter declined. The office manger insisted and she allowed her to make an appointment to end the badgering, but she will definitely cancel it.
As she exited, as if she needed his approval, rather than apologize for his unprofessionalism and arrogance he told her «you’re a nice person.» And he was very lucky she is because anyone else would’ve called him on his appalling attitude.
Unless you have axe to grind with an enemy don’t let anyone you care for visit this place or this doctor!
