Specialties
I am an internal medicine physician. I became a doctor because of my interest in science and desire to relate directly to people. I feel I am well trained for primary care after graduating Northwestern Medical and the George Washington University Internal Medicine primary care program.
I am happy to work with patients who research their medical concerns. For those patients whose complaints are not obvious as to etiology, I take it as my responsibility to act as their advocate in directing them through the health care system.
History
Established in 1982.
I was in private practice for 30 years, then joined Medstar Medical
Group in January 2012.
With more than 100 healthcare providers in nearly 30 offices throughout the Maryland — Washington, D.C. area, MedStar Physician Partners provides our patients not only with a dedicated staff of physicians near where they live or work, but also with seamless access to the extraordinary resources of the region’s largest healthcare network.
MedStar Physician Partners is part of MedStar Health, a not-for-profit healthcare provider that combines nine of the leading hospitals in the region with a major research facility, primary and specialty care offices, home health care, pharmacies, radiation therapy, rehabilitation services and more.
Each year, the physicians and nurses of MedStar Health help 1.5 million people prevail against illness and injury. We help them lead healthier lives, and we invest in the future health of the region through leadership in research and education.
