Our business hired them after they wowed us with a presentation promising tons of additional traffic (and resulting sales) and they told us they do a minimum 6-​month contract to allow time to see results. During the contract duration we were not seeing any results and we kept contacting them but they kept telling us «you have to give it 6 months to see REAL results». Sure enough, 6 months in we saw no additional increase in web traffic (we had better luck just purchasing google adwords on our own). They will not apologize, give you a refund, or guarantee any results. This business is a total scam and ripoff and I want to warn other small business owners out there before they get taken advantage of as well.

We have been working SEM with Netmark for about 7 months now. They have helped us to reduce our CPC and our CPA. When we came to them our SEM accounts were not sustaining themselves. Its been great working with Chris, and he has really helped our company, as well as our team, understand adwords better.

We came on with netmark about 5 months ago and signed on to have both their SEM and SEO services. The SEO work has mostly be websites fixes, and lots of tweaks and changes. The largest benefit has come from the SEM side. I’ve been working with Chris and Aaron. They have built us a new national campaign and things are moving smoothly. Overall if we had to do it again, we definitely would.

I haven’t been with Netmark for long, but everything seems to be looking really good. Netmark is a very professional company and have treated me as expected. I don’t have a large budget with them, but I never feel as though they ignore me or don’t give me attention. So far, I’ve been extremely surprised with how well things have been. Yes, there are some questions that have come up, but all in all, I’m always getting answers and being educated. I am happy with the local SEO work that they’ve done so far and after they explained the expectations, can say that they are right on target.

So I already wrote a bad review for this business and they had the nerve to contact Unilocal and remove it for lacking substantiate consumer experience.
I will try to be more descriptive this time:
This business is a complete rip-​off. We spent a lot of money to only see a few visitors arrive at my site every day. Similar business that spent the same amount as us on SEO were able to receive 100s to 1000s of daily visitors.
In short, we were ignored, our money was taken, and their contract defends their right to do NOTHING. Not even the credit card company can help when it says explicitly «We do not guarantee results».

One of the biggest mistakes I have ever made in my professional career is signing up with these guys and staying on as long as I did. I have never been so insulted by someone I have hired. Huge waste of money and time. We signed up about 6 months ago and were promised detailed SEO and PPC after the previous company didn’t deliver. We were sold on the idea of fortifying our site and doing backlinks, blogs, adding content throughout the internet by this company. For PPC we were promised building an extensive AdWords campaign. We also ended up being offered to have them help host our site and develop it which we agreed to. After 2 months we realized that not a single bit of work was done on AdWords. All they did was turn on their predecessors’ ineffective campaign and let it run and made zero changes to it. When we confronted them about it they refunded us for PPC and convinced us to stay on for SEO. In another month we realized that SEO was not being worked on. When we asked them what was going on the reasoning was that the person we were working with wasn’t supposed to add our site to development under them, wasn’t doing SEO, and decided to quit his job and leave us hanging. The new guy told us that they were going to wait for us to transfer the site to some other developer and until then they would look over it. But because we were using our $ 1500 a month budget on web development, non of it was going to SEO. We agreed to stop any web development in November unless it was crucial. As of November the only effective SEO we have seen was done by our employees. Netmark only wrote 1 blog, which they posted to our site, to facebook, hit boost post and left it be. Today is January 22^nd and when we asked them what work they have done to justify $ 1500 they got very defensive. They started saying how they were doing everything in the budget to help. When we asked about the backdoor links and all of that good stuff they responded with telling us that the $ 1500 per month was only for the 2 blogs per month, and in 3 months of SEO work they only posted 1. They then claimed they were spreading it throughout the internet at great speed. I asked them to where they were posting and they told us that we are unprofessional and rude and require someone to jog our memory. Excuse me! When I ask for a progress report I do not want lip from a company I am paying $ 1500 a month to. Either way they refused to answer our questions so we fired them. They then began emailing our company owner and telling him we are idiots, need to have our memory jogged and are unprofessional. Do not hire this company unless you want to pay a mass of money, get no results, no work done and then have them talk back to you when you ask for a status update.

RIPOFF… Beware… They make promises but don’t keep them… and when you complain and stop work before new month starts. they keep your money and still do nothing… Normally I don’t write bad reviews but feel I have to warn others… Was the biggest waste of money we ever contracted for… Get runaround when you try to resolve issues

Worked with them for about a year, with their Burst approach plan. Didn’t see significant improvements in SEO, although they did help us clean up a few things regarding our blog and suggesting social media buttons to implement.
Poor communication. Took over a week on several occasions to receive a reply, which we had to follow up on ourselves.
Saw them on Ripoff Report, but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately we experienced the same as other customers. Having more than one customer submitting their complaint on Ripoff Report as well as several on BBB, should be a red flag.
They might work out better for you. Good luck!
