We first opened our doors at Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center in 2010. Located at 960 Northgate Mile in Idaho Falls, ID, we have provided exceptional automotive repair services to customers from Idaho Falls, and all of our surrounding communities including Rexburg and Pocatello. We are a professional tire dealer that carries only the most respected names in tires including those from MICHELIN®, BFGoodrich®, and Uniroyal®. My QuickLane experience was over at Broadway Ford, and Paul (Helton) was wonderful! He got me in for an early-​morning appointment to get my serpentine belts replaced after one of their techs spotted cracks in them when I’d had my oil changed a week or two prior. I showed up at 7 am when they opened, and even though they only had one of the belts in stock, he called over to the Northgate Mile Quicklane for the other — they had the belt within an hour, and the repair done in plenty of time for me to get to my next appointment. Friendly staff, clean waiting area, good work done on the vehicle, and very reasonable pricing. Thanks, Quicklane Team!

They are amazing, we where on a limited budget. And we got a new tire, oil change and a new cabin filter all for 100 $ less than we planned to pay. We will miss coming here when we move back to mn. Each time we’ve come in Amanda has been awesome, and friendly. Making sure that we drive away with the best deal :)

I had a tire repair needed for my new Nissan Titan and they checked my tire immediately and stated it could not be repaired. It was a small cut on top of the tire; and immediately had quotes to purchase 4 new tires at $ 1,250. I told them I have a set of 4 tires at home and they stated they wouldn’t put tires before DOT stamped 2010 or below the yellow line using their gauge. I went to another tire shop and they fixed my tire at $ 14.00. I will never go back to Ford Tire shop.

Dennis took such good care of us! We got a flat tire on the 15 south (faulty TPMS sensor) and got towed here. They were ready with tools and labor to immediately fix our problem. They also did a complimentary inspection on the rest of our vehicle to make sure we good to drive. Amazing professional service, great people, and a clean facility. They are open late and even in Sundays! I called all around town to replace our tire and this was by far the best place.

I rolled into here with a dying battery, coming from Oregon on my way to Nebraska. They got me in quick & diagnosed the problem in understandable terms. Fortunately, it was just an issue with my battery cord that they could easily fix and they did it for FREE! Nice staff, nice waiting area, great service, highly recommended.

I went in for an oil change and I was very impressed with their customer service. Dennis was very respectful and helpful and got everything set up right away. It was very quick and efficient service. I was expecting just a normal oil change and topping off of fluids so I was very pleased to find out that included in my oil change they also did a multi point inspection. I was more than satisfied with their service and will be back to have my cars serviced here again.

I was travelling to Idaho Falls from Boise and when I arrived my 2007 Pathfinder started making a horrendous noise when idling. This trip was for work so I didn’t have a ton of time to sit somewhere waiting for a fix. I found Quick Lane Tire on Unilocal and when I called I was greeted by an extremely helpful associate who said to come right in! I was able to find it easily with GPS and when I got there someone came out to the car immediately to take the info and then a tech drove it in to the garage. thankfully it was just a piece that had rusted off the heat shield so the tech just tightened it back up and was good to go. they didn’t charge me for that but offered to replace the air filter — which was very reasonable. I liked that he brought the actual filter out to show me. they also did a full inspection of tires, brakes etc… I have to say one of the most important things to me is being talked to with respect. The tech explained to me about the service engine light issue — he talked to me as just a human being — not as if I was a dumb blonde. Ladies, you will be treated appropriately at Quick Lane! thank you

I was on a cross country road trip and found Quick Lane through Unilocal!I am so glad that I stopped for an oil change and vehicle inspection. I was making the last leg of my trip solo and the courteous professionals at Quick Lane were wonderful. Eric and Dennis took great care of my car and kept me informed the entire time. We are fulltime rv’ers and we never know where or when we will need scheduled maintenance on our 2012 F350 Dually. On our way to Montana our message center informed us we needed an oil change and coolant inspected. Dennis greeted us and our truck was in a bay quickly. While waiting Dennis informed us the front tires were wearing and should be rotated, which is not an easy task for dual rear wheels. He apologized for the time required to complete our required service, but we were aware of the time required. What really surprised us was Dennis offered a loaner truck if we had errands we needed to attend to. We graciously declined his offer and relaxed in their waiting area and enjoyed the complimentart coffee. You seldom see the level of service offered by Quick Lane of Idaho Falls. Their service was outstanding.

Quick Lane Tire was awesome! My girlfriend and I were visiting her family in Idaho from California, and we had just encountered some severe winter weather on the roads to Idaho Falls. We stopped by Quick Lane to get our tires rotated in order to make the remainder of our trip safely. Not only did they allow our pup to hang out inside with us, they also rotated the tires and inspected the vehicle for free! Cash and Brandon were awesome. Highly recommended to locals and travelers alike. Very professional service, and very polite!

Very helpful and friendly staff. Many of these types of shops talk down to you. They can make you feel inferior and stupid. Not these guys. Super customer service. I will be using these guys for custom wheels, tires and lifts from now on.

We visited Quick Lane on our cross-​country road trip because we needed an oil change. No one else was open on a Sunday so we were really grateful. Had a very good experience. Everyone who works there is helpful and honest. There are coupons on Facebook and online as well, so the prices ended up to be very reasonable. Very clean and quick place.

My daughter and I were traveling back to Seattle from Miami and wanted the car checked out. thank goodness we found Kurt… he was very honest and checked the entire car to give us peace of mind to continue on to the last leg of our trip. since then i have called him and he has helped me replace a battery, telling me which battery is appropriate for my bmW x3 3.0 suv. bmw wanted $ 400 plus labor to replace my battery. We have very tempermental Ford F550’s for our work, and since we were working in this area, it was nice to find this place that uses Ford Motor Oil for servicing. Both individuals that I interacted with when coming here were very attentive and friendly. Even had a great talk the first time about where to eat in Idaho Falls.
Quick Lane got our trucks in right away, and although it took some time to get the service done, they did a great job… so no complaints here on any work they did for us.
Prices seem comparable to many other places we go throughout the West.
