History

Established in 2010.

A desire to encourage couples in their marriage led to a full time bed and breakfast at the Brooklyn Mining Co. The name was created at the turn of the century when miners were staking claims in Colorado. Ours was named the Brooklyn — and now, complete with a real mine, screening room, sauna, and plenty of views and hiking trails… the Brooklyn Mining Co. serves couples and guests from around the world.

Eric and Terry have a passion for great food and superior hospitality. Having studied the art of domestic service together they bring together carefully planned guest comforts to ensure clients are spoiled and pampered.

When they’re not hosting overnight guests, they travel on a big road bike, create new recipes, hike, and engage with their 5 children.
