I absolutely love this location. Tommy, the store manager, is definitely the guy to go to. He is extremely knowledgeable and very personable! Whether you need a new phone, a new plan, or need any repairs done with your current phone, he is definitely the person you want to talk to. I highly recommend this location for their expertise and excellent customer service!

I had a problem with my moto g phone that I only had for little over a month. I went to the boost store at 1836 Coronado Ave San Diego 92 154 where I was treated very badly and told that there was nothing they could do. I then went to the boost store at 932 Palm Ave Imperial Beach 91 932 where the manager Tommy was able to fix my phone on site and was kind, professional and did the repair in less than a hour or two. He was kind enough to not charge me because he was trying to repair the damage the other store did to me. He is a great business man and felt he needed to help the reputation of the other store. Amazing. I will never step foot in the other store and highly recommend Tommy at 932 Palm Ave.
