I called to ask if they carried a certain beer… The man who answered said that he could not see it from where he was standing and he was too busy to check.
Which is fine, but that was it. No «can you please call back in a few minutes and I will be happy to check for you» or something to this effect.
Good customer service skills are a rarity especially in I.B.
