Jack In the Box

The restaurant is fine. I tried the new Habanero Ultimate Cheese Burger. Don’t waste your money. I would assume, simply by the name alone that it would have habanero peppers on it. Nope. Just some kind of mayonaisse type sauce that I can only guess was supposed to taste like Habaneros. A complete and total miss. It would have to be several times better to be considered bland. JITB is my favorite of the FF chains. I’ve enjoyed just about everything they have come out with. But this is a complete failure.

Ahahah, I just went thru the «drive thru «got just 2 tacos. Total was 1.07…handed the girl a 20.5 seconds later I ask if I can give her a dime… she says «that will mess up…» I didn’t let her finish. Fucking idiot, THAT’S why you work at Jack n the Box!

I go to this Jack In The Box location a lot and sometimes use my coupons that I received via Text. Today I tried to use my text coupon that I had received via text. When I showed it to Carlos the cook in the red shirt in the back yelled that the coupon needs to be printed. So Carlos informed me that I need a email or you have to print out this coupon. I went outside to retrieve my email coupon this time and went back in and he said what is the code on the coupon and I told him 338 and Carlos rang me up and I handed over my credit card for a total of $ 3.99. When I got my order and asked for my receipt Carlos didn’t want to give me my receipt and told me that he needs to keep the receipt for the coupon. I informed Carlos that I just used my credit card and I need my receipt because they are a lot of credit card fraud going on these days. Carlos just said huh? Then Carlos reprinted my receipt twice and gave me the last or third copy and kept the other two previous receipts. Your staff made me feel like a criminal and that I was trying to rob this place. Please retrain all of your staff members accordingly.

The employees are generally nice & take the order accurately. The food quality however is very inconsistent. Fries could be warmer & the burgers or chicken sandwiches are always thrown together so sloppy. And, you can definitely tell when you get a fresh or old burger patty!

Been here a few times. Picked up 2 ultimate cheese burgers for $ 5 with a coupon, a chicken sandwich & 2 tacos. I also got 2 Jack Christmas balls which cost only a dollar. I like the burgers here because they cook it as u order. The burgers taste better here. My favorite is the bacon cheddar wedges. I also like the peach iced tea. I come here when I don’t have time to cook. It’s fast food. I only wish they brought back the pumpkin iced coffee. It was delicious! I will be back!

The cashier helped us out at the register then went to put our chicken nuggets in the fryer without washing her hands after handling money.

This place is very annoying. People going thru the drive through have no idea where to go. I counted about four diffrent ways to approach the drive thru and there are cars everywhere what a mess.
Why I keep going here I don’t know. It could be the mini cookies or cheap the tacos.
Well one of the times I went there and got some chicken strips and I was excited because I wanted so Franks Red Hot Dipping Sauce. When the lady asked me what I wanted I said the sauce I wanted and when I got home I look in the bag and I wanted to cry. She gave me TACO SAUCE… did I order tacos??? No I got chicken, what am I going to do with freaking taco sauce.
Recently there is one lady who talks super fast like she is an auctioneer… really fast it makes me forget my order to be honest because I am trying to figure out what was said.

About 50% of the time, our order is incorrect in some way. Food of corse is good, but the staff has a problem getting orders correct.

One of the only Jack’s that actually has gotten my order spot on every time. Can’t give it any more than three stars, since sometimes I am left waiting quite awhile for a short order.

Well, sometimes Jack In the Box hits the spot, sometimes it doesn’t. When it comes down to it, its fast food. You can’t expect much.

DRIVE THRU IS SLOW!
It’s been slow for YEARS!
I keep going back because sometimes I’m a lazy ass. They have screwed up 1 too many orders though so I’m now going to drive over to 3^rd ave location from now on. Seriously.
Orders that cost more than $ 10 are going to take 20 minutes and are likely to be missing an item or more. THEY WILL ALWAYS FORGET YOUR TACOS! AHHH!!!
