Just had them out yesterday and was able to pay $ 98 to break off the damper handle. The tech did not even tell he broke it off he told my wife. After he left she told went to see and he left the basement door unlocked. Didn’t even tell us he went out the basement door. Called the office and asked if they would pay for repairs to the damper handle he said no they would fix it. I said no you will never set foot inside my house again. He said I was being hostile towards him. I said wait for my review and word of mouth. He politely told me to go f*ck myself. I will never do business with them again

This company is honest and well priced. We talked to several companies and this one was most informative and helpful. Our furnace and air conditioner was installed quickly and everything was picked up and neat when they left. He went out of his way to adjust the air balancing which was wrong since the house was built. He added a return air duct in our basement and that was also a big help. He also agreed to come back in the fall to make sure we are happy with the furnace portion of our unit when it starts up. I highly recommend them.

This company will not stand behind their products. They will not tell you that you must register your unit to receive a 10 year warranty. My husband is a builder, they do not honor their quoted prices, they do not value or respect the customer. They have argued and refused to make repairs, Choose a different company. I for one am sick and tired of poor service, take care of your customers and you will stay in business, shame on this company,

The owner of the company is terrible at interacting with customers and is extremely rude. Plus she does not care about honoring the warranty on the products they have installed. Her name is Sheila and avoid her and her company at all costs.

This is the company that installed our furnace and air conditioning when our house was built. When we bought the house, we had some problems with the air conditioner and called another company and they did nothing for us. Then we got smart and called McDaniel. They sent out a repair person and they fixed the air conditioning problem pronto. Several years later we had a similar problem, again, prompt same day service.
We returned from vacation to find our house at 55 degrees and after some fussing, hubby was able to get the furnace going. Then today the heat came on but no fan. Made a call to McDaniel and within 2 hours of the call, the problem was fixed.
No trying to sell us stuff we didn’t need, just a service call charge and fixed the problem for the cost of the parts, labor and tax. These guys are honest and reasonable. Always our first call for any heating and air conditioning problems. And since they installed our furnace when our home was built they know the furnace and AC unit.
