This doctor is clearly in the business to make money rather than actually care about her patients. I can just imagine how her parents wanted her to be a doctor and she made them so proud. Unfortunately I’ve heard from a friend as well who wasn’t quite as happy. She has no bedside manner, and can even make a teenager feel terrible about his or her skin. When the desk staff messed up my appointment, I waited for 40 minutes for her to tell her staff to tell me she wouldn’t see me. I was there for a second appointment, because what she did the first time, did not work. After zapping two moles for the tune of $ 500 for a half second of her time, I had to return as she did not zap long or deep enough to make an impact. She and the CC wasted my time. When she wouldn’t see me to repeat the«half of a second» mole zap, I refused to pay my deductible and the callous Cleveland Clinic patient«advocate» refused to even listen or care as to what occurred. If you’re experience is anything like mine, Dr. Ng will spend more time looking at her computer than at you, she will not listen to you about your skin, and will proceed to prescribe something even if you tell her that has not worked in the past. I will never go to her again, and I’m working at not using the Cleveland Clinic monopoly for any doctor, if possible.
