Established in 2011.
Novella’s Bistro opened in May of 2011. We are inside the Mid Continent public Library. The name Novella-is from the owners Grandmother-Novella Wilson.

I am a lifelong resident of Independence, Missouri. I have 3 wonderful children. I started in the restaurant business over 8 years ago with Novella’s Soup Trolley. We moved up to this location 4 years ago.
