Plus Home Designs works with homeowners and contractors to design their remodeling projects. Utilizing 3d architectural software, we create several photo-​realistic images of the completed space with real materials, colors and lighting.

In addition to the 3d designs, we provide the client with full set of plans. This can include plumbing; electrical; HVAC; Walls; Doors; and Cabinetry.

These tools combined will allow a homeowner to receive a more accurate cost when meeting with several contractors. It also ensures every contractor understands the final product and the level of workmanship involved.

Contractors can utilize these tools to sell their large remodeling projects by showing the homeowner how the finished product will look and function, verses simply describing the scope of the job. The plans are commonly submitted subcontractors and to city officials to pull required permits.

History

Established in 2010.

Started in Kansas City, MO in 2010 by a General Contractor, Plus Home Designs strives to fill a lack of technology in the remodeling industry. The current bread and butter of our operations focus on the design of remodeling projects.
