Atlantis Urgent Care Walk In Clinic

We have been using Atlantis Urgent care for 4 years for my high school wrestler — anyone who is familiar with wrestling knows that they often have skin issues — staph infections etc and are required to have a clearance form after treatment to wrestle. Last night, as my son prepares to go to Regionals we went to Atlantis Urgent Care to get this form completed… A process we have done many times over the past 4 years. At 6:30pm, 5 minutes before we walked into the door they decided to change this policy and no longer fill these forms out. We aren’t asking for a free visit, we pay every single time. The most outrageous «I don’t give a crap» attitude from the staff. I am completely disappointed that they didn’t have good enough sense to see him last night and notify us then that they would be no longer completing these forms. We won’t be using them again in the future for any of our needs.

All the doctors there are great! I’ve been four times in the last week for an initial visit and three follow ups. It’s a very clean and professional facility. I highly recommend it!

My family and I have been coming here for about three years now. We have always been treated with the utmost respect and level of professionalism as we have experienced nowhere else. We are grateful.
I was in yesterday with my sick boy only to return today with my wife, both of us sick as well. They took us in on a whim and we completed our full visit in twenty minutes. Please note the examination was thorough. The sitting in a waiting room was but a mere few minutes.

Upset with the fact that I called to make an «appointment» and I still had to wait. When I called to make the «appointment» the receptionist on the phone did tell me that there was a possibility that I would not be seen at that time, but would only have to wait a few minutes. I was more than okay with that until I sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes. As soon as my name was called I was seen by one of the nurses who asked what was wrong, took my temperature, and checked my blood pressure. After I saw the nurse I waited another 30 minutes before the doctor came in. Today, I receive a bill for $ 200 and for what? For the doctor to see me for 5 minutes and tell me I have a sinus infection. Seriously?! So I basically paid to wait over an hour and see the doctor for 5 minutes. No testing was done. It’s my fault, I should have gone to a primary care doctor, but I just moved to Florida, so I obviously don’t have one yet. I will not come back here and do not recommend anyone to go there. Go to Health First walk in Clinic. Don’t appreciate being taken advantage of especially when I am not feeling well.

It’s rare to actually enjoy a trip to an Urgent Care facility, but I did. Even though I felt miserable, on a Sunday no less, I had a fabulous experience and great medical care. I was in and out in less than an hour, and will return for any future medical issues. Great staff, great facility and excellent care.

It’s easy to pre register online. You can call for the est wait time and they will call you when you should come in so you can wait at home. They have little snacks and drinks which is nice. My baby had a fever and after the visit was asked to go to the ER due to being a newborn to get a work up. The clinic called the ER to give them a heads up and took the time to explain what to expect so I wasn’t surprised. They even called the next day to check on her.
Great service, perfect location for beachside, no wait time (depending on time of course) and a great team all around.

So… I was still sick 5 days later and had to go back to Atlantis. This time it was Doctor Dimberg. He like the last doctor was excellent with my care. He actually listened to me. He suggested an IV drip of antibiotic. Chris the medic carefully watched that I not have an allergic reaction. I spent over an hour in one of their rooms. i felt like I was in the hospital.
I am shocked at the excellent care this place offered me. I guess I thought since I am in a small town that I would not get the kind of care like I would in Los Angeles.
Thanks to all the great employees who helped me recover from the horrible bronchitis. I’m finally feeling better and will go back to Los Angeles Sunday.

This is my go-​to urgent care. They will hold your place in line and call you when it’s your turn to be seen so you can wait at home. Doctors take your concerns seriously and provide options for treatment as well as follow-​up care. Staff is very nice and office is stoked with snacks and drinks to make the task of having to visit an urgent care more pleasant.

Dr. Dimberg was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have visited his office several times over the last few years and brought my children as well. His staff was attentive and courteous. I definitely recommend his office to my family and friends!
