History

Established in 1982.

Prudential Sterling Properties has been an influential presence in Brevard County since 1982. The company has grown to over 60 associates who averaged over $ 75 Million in production last year with 329 properties closed.

As a Prudential Real Estate Affiliate, we participate in a National Relocation Network, which provides out of town buyers & corporate transferees with an immediate source of information on real estate in our area.

Prudential Sterling Properties was awarded the 2009 Best Business Award by the Melbourne/​Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber of Commerce also designated Prudential Sterling Properties as a Diamond Member in 2011. Nancy R. Taylor, one of the Owners/​Brokers, was elected to the 2010 & 2011 Melbourne Area Association of Realtors Board of Directors.
