My wife’s Jeep was T-​boned in an accident. Because it was an older vehicle the insurance company marked it as totaled. I discussed with Mark if the damage was fixable for the amount that the insurance company was going to give us and he said it was. That was great news because the last thing we needed was to have to add a car payment to our financial situation. He completed the repairs and while doing so noticed her headlamps were fogged, so as an additional service at no charge he refurbished the headlamps so my wife would be safer driving at night. This is the second time I have used Mark and his company and God forbid I need him again, he is the only place I will take a damaged vehicle.

My car looks as good as new! Thanks Mark and his team for repairing my front bumper and light of my 4runner. You guys did an awesome job! Highly recommended !!

I needed some minor body work done fast and researched several collision shops in the Matthews area. Out of the 6 shops I called Collision Specialties Inc was the only one that picked up their phone so that I could speak to a live person. They do estimates by appointment only but were able to work me in that same morning. Location was easy to find and the service was prompt and professional when I arrived. They were able to complete the work (scratches and some paint touch ups) that same day for a very reasonable price. So happy I chose Mark and his Collision Specialties Inc crew and will be using them for all my future needs!

If you’re a stickler for detail and a quality job, please take your car to Mark and his team. He did an absolutely perfect job remediating my Chevrolet Silverado after I crunched it less than a year after buying it. I’m not a specialist on prices in this business, but his quoted price seemed more than reasonable. Car was dropped off Monday, and was like new and ready to go within the week, after which it was returned to me fully detailed and looking like it came from the show room. Mark knows this business, I think he said he’s been doing this for 30 years. The quality of the finished product and his years of experience have earned my trust should I ever need body work again on my truck.

My car was damaged by hail and I decided to take it to Collision Specialties after a friend recommended them. There were over 300 dents just on the roof and more on the sides of the car. I picked my car up a few weeks ago and it looks brand new! They did an amazing job! My car was even detailed inside and out! The owner Mark is super friendly and kept me in the loop the entire time my car was being repaired. He was great to work with and was very honest with me. Every time I called with a question he immediately called me back. He also has a lot of experience dealing with insurance companies and he made sure my insurance company covered every bit of damage. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their car fixed. My husband is planning on taking his car there in the near future to have a dent fixed. They even have cars to rent there if you need one!

Amazing work, my car looks as good as new. Perfect paint match! They also saved me some money on my insurance deductible. They’re the only ones I’ll go to.

I neglected to write my review of Mark earlier this year when he did an AMAZING job of fixing someone else’s botched job on my wifes X5. I hope I never have the need to get body work done again but I assure you… IF I do the only place I’d go is to Collision Specialties. Trustworthy, affordable and on time as promised. He even did some light touch up on other areas and didn’t charge me a dime extra. 5 stars isn’t enough.

AWESOME job Mark!!! If you need body work or paint, this is the place! Great customer service. Mark isn’t happy until you are happy! I have a brand new 2015 Acura MDX and a deer tried to take my front end out, Mark’s team made it look like brand new again! I can’t thank them enough!

Mark and Collision Specialties deserve 5 stars. I shipped a pair of grills for my MINI to Mark. I wanted the surrounds to be color-​matched to my car’s color. He gave me a reasonable quote and instructions to ship. I received them and I’m not sure how he masked off the grill part but they were perfect! Very professional work. He said to let him know if I had any problems or concerns because he wanted to get everything right. I didn’t have any at all. Great service and communication. I just wish I lived a little closer!

They make the process easy, fast and it is done right the first time. Im in the automotive business and I promise you their work is head and shoulders above the rest.

Collision Specialties is easily the best shop around Charlotte. Mark and his team did an amazing job on my Mustang. It looked brand new after they were done with it. Mark is great to deal with and always manages to return phone calls in a quick manner. I won’t take any of my vehicles anywhere else.
