I wouldn’t even give them one star if I had the choice. Just left the store. I had dropped my phone a week ago and had been in because my backup phone and my current phone didn’t have the same size SIM card. They were very nice at this visit and put in a new one. Easy peasy. Now onto the negative portion of this review. I received my replacement phone from motorola and took it into the store. I was told that they didn’t have any SIM cards in stock to fit my phone. I was then asked if I had my old phone with me because they would have to take the SIM card out of that one to put in my new phone. I replied that I didn’t and promptly drove the 20 min round trip home to get it. I came back to the store only to be told that they couldn’t use my old SIM card in my new phone. Well why did you tell me to go home to get it? I then asked the employee if they could call another store to see if they had one that I could get installed in my phone. After 25 minutes of her searching online and then going in the back for some reason and never returning I called another store and had an answer within 1 min. Completely ridiculous! No apologizes and the rest of the employees sat there and played with their phones while I waited on the challenged employee to find a SIM card for me. After $ 4 in parking and 1.5 of my time wasted due to their inept employees I will NEVER be returning to this store! Worst customer service that I have experienced in a long time.

I’m being helped by Michelle right now to get my new school set up with internet and a simple go phone. It’s a little confusing for me but she’s all over it with no problems. It’s taking a little time and there was a line that backed up but she stuck with me and didn’t hurry me out the door. She helped me out and got our staff set up and ready. The only reason I’m not eating this store location a 5 star is because I can’t park anywhere for free. Otherwise Michelle was great.

Oh my AT&T! I have done this a few times. I purchased the original Apple iPhone, 3GS, 4s, and now the 5s. Last year, I was in and out in under 5 minutes. This year, not so much. I am not talking about the line. The service was very slow. Verizon across the way had no line and customers were in and out. The hold up? Well you have to hear about U-verse, their new«next» program. I was shamed for wanting to wait 2 years to upgrade my phone. «Two whole years» The person was just doing her job. I could tell that she didn’t want to have to go though all this either. I just wanted to buy my phone and GTFO.

poor customer services. I was the only customer in the shop. I was asking about the charges on my go phone and they gave me a no. to call when I’m literally in the shop! And the other staff members looked like they’re just doing their own stuff. Couldn’t they call them for me? NO, they gave me a no. to call the customer service.
