The reason I give this place a 3 is because of the hours. It’s a huge factor, I work the same ours that the office is open. So if I have a package it’s possible I have to wait a week to get it… which this has happened more than once. Luckily it wasn’t medication or something like that.
Now, I will say that all of my maintenance request were done within 24 hours. If people have complaints, they are addressed.
Some neighbors are loudmouth but you can’t fault the manager for that. Overall, my experience was pleasant. I wouldn’t recommend getting the potable washer/​dryer in the unit. It’s very awkward. Plus, mine was delivered dirty. But like I said, I called and advised and the manager had it removed immediately.
