Karate at Cesar’s on Tuesday evenings is both fun and challenging, physically and mentally! Best 2 hours of my workout week!

I recently got a 6-​class pass at Cesar’s and have been loving it! If you haven’t tried Zumba, it is an incredibly fun way to work out. You’re basically dancing to great music surrounded by cheering exuberance and barely noticing that you’re shedding tons of calories. I also loved the Piloxing class (Pilates + boxing) — it was tough, but I want to try it again!
There are also tons of other classes offered, like hip-​hop dancing and ballet barre. All the staff are awesome, great people, and the facility is ideal. Come join the fun!
