Chili’s in general is a great sit-down restaurant. This local one however feels sticky, like the plates, tables and floor never get properly clean. Don’t even touch those table tv’s. There is a lot of kid residue. The servers quite often seem distracted and harried. Maybe management spends too much time over their shoulder? I dunno. Either way, customers are lower priority. I’ve been there in groups or with just my wife. I’ve been there at dinner and at lunch. Sometimes, convenience of location is why we find ourselves at this particular Chili’s.

This Sunday we stopped on in to quench my thirst for southwestern egg rolls… So, how does this Chili’s do? We arrived at 12:45 and were seated immediately, and a nice waitress came by soon after and we got our waters. Finally it came time to order southwestern egg rolls to feed my addiction… As they came down the walkway with their amazing avocado ranch sauce, my mouth started to water… And sadly they were under par. –_– The avocado ranch was sour and the egg rolls were about ¾ of their normal size, so this location will not be visited again any time soon. The waitress was nice and quick(until the ziosk didn’t print out receipt and it took about 15 minutes to get it).

Not up to par. Brought to our table which was dirty with food. Seating person wiped part of it off but had to ask to come back for a second clean down. Long wait for orders and drinks. Ordered the Skillet Queso and Chips. Said it was beef but looked like flavorless sausage not beef! round chunks and very tasteless. Waiter was polite but missed our empty drinks needing refills. We were also only given 2 sets of silverwear with 3 people eating meals. Entrees were just ‘ok’ overpriced for what you get. Nearly everything was 10.99 even for basic entrees — up from there for steak or fancier items. Will give it another shot but will not return to this location.

This was my second time here to this location. Our waitress did a good job, but the kitchen lacks from what I’ve come to expect from the Chilis chain. The first time I came the fajitas had to be sent back because they got my order wrong. I’ve added some pictures from this visit to show the cheese that was hard and sitting out, along with tortillas brought out without a top and were hard, cold and crispy. Steak on the fajitas wasn’t great this time, the pieces were small and almost looked like ground beef and not steak. The Chips and salsa with guacamole were good. Fish tacos my wife ordered were good. Service was average. Slow at first then got better. Ordered the molten chocolate cake for Desert. It didn’t look like the menu picture but tasted good.

Where do I begin? Ms. Manager lady, who saw us standing at the door waiting for someone to seat us, and didn’t acknowledge us… well up yours with a twirling lawn mower. You then had the audacity to ignore me once again when I had to go find my waiter, and I stood there in awe as you interrupted him helping me just to yell at him for messing up on someone else’s check! You Ms. should try to be a better person. My son said during this visit«we are waiting on our waiter, so doesn’t that make us the waiters?» Interesting concept since we had to wait nearly 10 minutes to get new drinks and then again for a box for our food. Never again!

Horrible service. 30 minute process just to get my drink order before the meal. Steak of course was not cooked the way I asked for. Everything about this place sucks. Don’t Eat Here!!! I mean unless you just wanna sit down and have a horrible dining experience.

Don’t eat there burgers there the same quality as McDonalds. i investigated it online and they over charge u for bad quality burgers. The beer is good the wine is over priced. The service was good and the restrooms were clean. The portions are small for a high price. The burgers have about 1500 to 2000mg sodium. The chips & salsa are free at the bar, But over all its pretty good.

Getting to go! They have an easy online order tool! The only thing is that all their coupons we get online are valid for dine in only:( I would have had a free chocolate lava cake.

Met up with my wife’s friend here for lunch. I haven’t been to Chili for a very long time. The coolest thing at this location is they have a mini computer at each table. Here, you can see their specialty and Pay your check. I find that it’s very convenience to be able to pay for your check without flagging down the waitress/waiter for the bill. How cool is that? As for the food, well, it’s Chili. I ordered the ribs and my wife ordered the fajitas. Both are decent and did their job on our empty stomach before the Big Game. Dont’ want to sound like a snob but I prefer eating at local restaurants that aren’t national chains when I travel.

Sigh… I’m a fan. A legitimate FAN of a huge chain. The southwest egg rolls stole my heart years ago. That’s what I eat when I’m there. Before I discovered them, it was chicken crispers with subsituted sides of black beans and corn on the cob. I don’t think I’ve ever had BAD food at any Chili’s, anywhere. My partner has too much affection for their molten cake erupting with chocolate and ice cream. That’s good too. Even the servers are, usually, quite good. Friendly with less of the chain restaurant faux-bubbly-ness and a little more personality. At this particular Chili’s, I was actually impressed with our server’s knowledge of what was in certain items. He seemed to have eaten his way through most of the menu.

I have a confession(queue Usher song). I love Chili’s. I love the bottomless chips and salsa, the chicken ranch sandwich, the black bean burger, the french fries, the chicken crispers, the southwest egg rolls, the chicken quesadilla, the chicken tacos, and I can go on and on. Chili’s never disappoints me. I don’t go very often, but whenever I have a layover in an airport I seek out the chili’s and order the chicken ranch sandwich and a tall beer. So good. Now they have the 2 for $ 20 meal, which also makes it very affordable. I have always had good service at the specific location I am reviewing and they always serve up my favorite dishes with no issues.

Yay for substitutions allowances. Instead of dishing out twenty dollars for the grilled shrimp combo I was allowed to substitute grilled for the battered shrimp in the ten or eleven dollar meal and as a special awesome bonus black beans are a side order! So black beans and vegetable of the day it was. I have to admit I was a little shocked that they served broccoli with shredded carrots, I don’t recall ever using or seeing shredded carrots outside of salads, coleslaw and carrot cake mixes? It should be noted Chili’s does offer vegetarian burger patties. I have had them before many years ago at different Chili’s locations and they have been hit or miss but were not talking about those Chili’s now are we?! I didn’t think so.

Great management at this location… it shows through the way their employees take care of you, from the hostess to the waiters to the bus-staff. I like the bar in this location, have a very cool feel to it.
