This small, privately owned chocolate shop is a like walking into a Willy Wonky Dream. OMG! Scare of the allurement of chocolate, we always drive past. But after visiting the Indiana Artesian Marketplace thought I’d do quick comparison. The owners were very nice and helpful as we asked questions. Not only do they carry an extensive selection of chocolates, including sugar-free, but you can find flavored popcorn, ice cream, cupcakes, cookies, and gift ideas. Looking for race themed chocolate? They offer chocolate molded Indy racecars on a stick. They carry an abundant flavor of truffles; pretzel rods dipped in chocolate then rolled in different types of candies(M&M’s, Reese’s pieces). Have you seen the jumbo marshmallows? Now image one drenched in chocolate then rolled in graham crackers for S’mores on a stick. My husband loves marshmallows and couldn’t pass them up and thoroughly enjoyed. One of my all-time favorites is Carmel apples and they do an awesome job! Close to 10 different toppings and so popular he makes 3 or 4 times a week. Totally irresistible! Great ideas for gift giving and party treats. You can bet our next family birthday or celebration will have a selection from the Chocolate Gallery for everyone to devour.

The Chocolate Gallery never fails me with their fantastic candied apples and chocolate dipped bananas. The chocolate itself is rather disappointing but we go for the ice cream scoops, the cupcakes and the apples. Did I mention the caramel apple varieties they have are amazing? Mm Turtle, Reese’s Pieces, Apple Pie, original Caramel. mmmmm Food: 3⁄5 Location: 4⁄5 Service: 5⁄5
