A true dive. Karoake almost every night it seems. Food is okay if your buzzed or drunk lol. Dj is entertaining and funny at times.

This is a great dive. We went there as two interracial couples(black men, white women) and had been warned that it may be fairly redneck and unaccepting, but it was quite the opposite in our experience. It was Sunday night and the later it got, the more people came. Karoake was a blast and the Karoake DJ was amazing. Very funny! We drank and drank and drank and oh did I mention we drank? And it only came out to $ 41.50. Oh and that included our food. CHEAP! Will go back when we visit Indy again. Love!

This bar is a fun place if you are very intoxicated. There is good karaōke and a lot of college age customers on the weekend, but a couple of dangerous bar fights have broke out while i have been there.

With a name like this, I’m guessing you are picturing an old stately building with a lady resembling Martha Washington tending bar and offering up mugs of ale, right? Yeah, this is pretty much the exact opposite. It’s a dive, but definitely a unique dive. They don’t accept credit or debit cards, but have an ATM that gives you a receipt. The receipt is then given to the bartender, who forks over your cash. The bar area is like a totally different world from the«dance floor.» They have a cork board thing that holds pictures of regulars and past activities that are probably criminal in some counties. I once put a picture of D.B. Cooper’s FBI composite drawing up on the board. This looks like the kind of place where he would hang out. Hopefully he’s buying the rounds. Surprisingly, the crowd can be fairly diverse. The sportos, the motorheads, geeks, sluts, bloods, wastoids, dweebies, dickheads — they all adore the Colonial.
