Quick service, I was in and out in under an hour. They offer online check-​in which cuts down on wait time. The facility/​waiting room was exceptionally clean even after a high-​traffic day.

Ya, I said it. What if we all spent as much time reading (and writing) reviews about our healthcare providers as we do restaurants?
Let me start off by saying all three layers of «customer service» I received here was friendly and professional — from the receptionist to the doctor. Located on the east side of Indy, you’ll find ample parking and a new building that makes the space feel extra clean. To top it all off, the system uses an email program to communicate with patients in an efficient and confidential manner. I’ve already messaged back and forth with my doctor several times now. Speaking of my doctor, big shout out to Alesha Logan, DNP for making me feel very comfortable and going the extra mile to offer practical tips and patient education. I’m excited to have found my new go-​to doctor in Indy.
