It is hard to give this business one star. first off customer service is very poor, there is one particular gentleman that is very rude, not helpful at all, short answers no patience, very unprofessional. I have had another encounter with this store I gave it another shot because I like to support local businesses, now I know I will never return to this business and support them nor will I refer anyone to do business with them. Very disappointed in the owner at his response when contacted, clearly he is not in tune with his business nor does he read the reviews, as I got on the reviews I could tell that there has been a customer service problem for quite some time in this location. Do not recommend this store for any lawn equipment or service repairs.
