History

Established in 1932.

Economy Plumbing Supply opened its doors in 1932. Founded by brothers Herbert, William, and Edward Strong, the plumbing supplies company found success during the financial challenges of the great depression.

1983 brought new changes and growth to the company as Herb’s son John Strong came on board and the company acquired it’s current downtown location at 625 N Capitol Ave, Indianapolis, IN.

As the city’s growth began sprawling further north, the company saw new opportunities and opened a new location in the growing Fishers. Located at I-​69 and 96^th Street in Indianapolis, Economy Plumbing Supply Company boasts a beautiful home remodeling showroom along with the signature self service plumbing supplies, and knowledgeable counter staff.
