So much eagerness to get those bagels! This Einstein is right off of 82nd Street — luckily right by a light so it’s easy to get in/get out. I live probably two minutes from this place so I can’t believe today was my first time to stop by. I was incredibly hungry after church today, so my stomach basically led me to Einstein Bagels. I also wasn’t feeling the greatest so I wanted something super fast that I could bring home with me. This was the perfect spot for such thing. While standing in line I was at first a bit overwhelmed with all of the bagel lingo. I had no idea what the«shmear» options even were until I opened up my handy dandy Unilocal app and saw that the veggie shmear was highly recommended. So … I chose the plain bagel(toasted) with the veggie shmear and it was heavenly! I also grabbed and orange juice/banana and was on my merry way. Quick service — delicious bagels — all good in my book!

The service is great, as well as the food. I would like to recommend that the drink and coffee counters become ADA compliant, and this is for all of the stores, as I know the company needs to do this on a national level. The employees are always there to help, but it would be nice if this can be addressed.

Bagel was tough with very little cream cheese. Service was fair. Bagel was also smaller than others and cost more.

This morning I received some of the worst service I have ever received from a order at the counter restaurant. The food was not horrible, but after being treated poorly, I am not satisfied. Although there were 6 people standing at the counter when I approached, no one asked me if they could help me or take my order. They did however ask the person in line behind me what they wanted. After asking someone to help me, I got my order put in, paid and waited. Four more customers came in ordered, paid and got their food before mine. Two of those people even order then same thing as me, but I was assured by the staff that those orders were for other people. Am I invisible?

Ate an Italian Pannini in the afternoon, not bad, I’d get another one but not here. There were a total of 4 customers including me and wife. Place looks like a tornado ripped through it. Crumbs everywhere, all over table, chairs, floor. Soda machines don’t look like they’ve been cleaned in ages. One of the worst shops I can recall. Wife tells me «hurry up and type, I’m getting more grossed out the longer we stay.» Take some pride people. Discount Tire shop next door was cleaner.

Great place to go for a breakfast sandwich or bagel with a schmear. The veggie schmear is fantastic. The green tea isn’t too shabby either.

If I’m feeling like a bagel I usually go to Panera Bread, but noticed Einstein as I drove by and figured I would stop in and give it a try. I was not disappointed! I tried a cranberry bagel and coffee for a good start to my day. It was very good! It was actually quite a bit better than Panera. I’m going to have to try some of their other varieties. The location was clean and the staff was very friendly. I think the store manager may have been working. I also tried their coffee. I’m pretty big on Starbucks and this was very similar quality for less money. I may have to change where I get my bagels and my coffee!

My everything skinny bagel with veggie cream cheese was pretty good, but not filling enough. I went back and ordered a second bagel. My orange juice was fresh. The staff was friendly and the out door seating is nicely shade.
