Burger I ordered was overcooked and tough as leather. My wife had the chicken sandwich and also extremely dry. Fries had no seasoning or flavor. Was hoping for more for the grass fed beef, but when you over cook any meat it will always be dry. It wasn’t busy so there really shouldn’t be an excuse for the poor job they did.

Worst Service. Ordered for my son. They went on break and forgot to make his food. No apology from the young girl at the counter. I had to stand there and make sure they actually made it. 5 minutes later it was ready and they tossed it to me like everything was as usual. I honk poor service is normal here. Lots of better more healthy options in the food court. Try anything else.

What I ate: vertigo burger on lettuce with bacon, mustard, & jalapeño. What I paid: $ 10.90 with tax, burger only I don’t eat commercial beef, so I appreciate the concept. However, all three patties of my vertigo burger were bone dry. Grassfed beef does not cook the same as conventional, but nobody told these cooks. Also, though the beef and bacon are clearly marked organic, I wonder about the lettuce and jalapeños. Both lettuce and hot peppers are on the dirty dozen list of 2015 for produce high in pesticides. I’d like to see Elevation address that. I’ll likely give it another try as one of the few grassfed burgers available, though that will soon likely not be enough with more mainstream places like Hardee’s getting in the grassfed lettuce wrap game.

Love their burgers! Customer service is always great and doesn’t feel like your typical mall food service you’d receive anywhere else. Sure it’s on the slightly more expensive side, but you’re paying for cleaner food and more options! It’s too good to pass up. I’ve gone out of my way to come here a few times, whether I wanted to go to the mall or not. Its delicious and service is always great!

This was a quick stop while in the fashion mall, which turned out to be better than expected. Our sandwiches were pretty average and lacking some flavor. The fries, however, were delicious! I was so tempted to get another order and even try their sweet potato fries as well, but the bill was already high enough for a quick lunch. Chances are next time we’re at the fashion mall we’ll stop by again and just munch on some fries.

I’ve recently visited and had a great experience! The chicken sandwich was great and so were the fries. The best thing about this place is that their meat is organic so there’s a piece of mind when eating here(it’s a little on the pricy side around 6 $ just a burger without fries or a drink but well worth it) would definitely come back!:-)

Three stars, but just barely. First, the menu is confusing. I’m fairly adept at reading menus and placing orders, but this one is just plain ridiculous. There are too many options, too many things to customize. I wanted just a single cheeseburger, but I saw everything except hamburgers and cheeseburgers. I saw BLTs, veggie burgers, half veggie burgers, grilled cheeses. Finally, I saw a child’s hamburger, so I ordered that, with cheese. It came plain. That and a small fries was over $ 8! That’s kind of crazy. The burger tasted fine, but a little bland. The fries were good and greasy. They looked to be «natural» fries because they had bits of potato skin on them. The area of the food court where Elevation is located has a lot of nice seating options, so you can pull up a bar stool at the counter facing the windows and people-watch, or sit on one of the couches.

It is a good choice if you are a little bit hungry while you doing shopping. Convenient and express, the chicken sandwich is good.

I really want to like this place bc they have organic meat, they offer a lettuce wrap option, and its relatively quick. However, I really just can’t. We’ve been here about 10 times, despite the terrible experience every time. I just keep thinking«maybe this time it will be better.» No. No it won’t. The service is always AWFUL. Just awful. And the burgers? Well, if you’re in to taking a bath in grease, you’ll love them. Ugh.

I want to love this place more than I do. I give them props for having a vegan veggie burger, but man, they reeeeeally need to cook their fries longer. I’ve been here multiple times and they’re always soggy and disappointing. The employees always seem miserable and like they’re intentionally trying to be as slow as possible. I’ll occasionally try them again, but it’s not usually in my top 5 of places to grab lunch in the Keystone area.

I’ve always had a great experience here. Even with being in a mall, I never have felt like I’m receiving mall service. Though, my expectations aren’t incredibly high. Actually, one of the best parts is that it’s in a fancy food court. It’s a great environment for my kids and even equipped with a play area. Now to the food. I love the burgers, and the fact that they are made from grass fed beef. The toppings are all very high quality and they even offer wrapping the burger in lettuce as an option on the menu. The fries are hit or miss, but even when they are a miss, they aren’t too bad.

The only reason it does that get one star is because the burger was pretty decent tasting(plain but tasty). Service was unacceptable: The kid at the register clearly did not want to be there. Made eye contact maybe once and mumbled only a few words to us. The kid in the kitchen messed up our order, and the third kid showed up with shopping bags while our order was being prepared and proceeded to touch everything without washing his hands. Gross. Overall a very disappointing experience. We will not be going back.

The Elevation Burger was better than most burgers I’ve had. However, they overcharged me by a dollar($ 6.75 instead of $ 5.75 that it says on the menu). I asked why and the cashier said because of Indiana sales tax. I asked to look at the screen and it the burger was a dollar more than what it was supposed to be. It became more obvious that the cashier couldn’t do anything. So I asked for the manager. He said it was because cheese is extra, but I didn’t add any cheese. In the end, he gave me a dollar back. I only point things out like this so that the problem can be fixed. However, I’m not so sure that this will be fixed any time soon.

My favorite place to get a tasty and fast burger!

Got a BLT with elevation toppings($ 5.55). Bacon was tough to bite. Fries($ 2.85) tasted a little like inn n out(best part of the meal). Got a strawberry shake($ 4.75) on the side, which the employee forgot about. The shake was essentially three scoops of ice cream with strawberry flavoring, and I ended up eating it with a spoon. Everything was borderline ok. Definitely not worth the almost $ 15 paid.

I’ve had Elevation Burger at different locations, and this is by far the worse branch. All the times I order fries its«brownish» color. Plus, they never put them in a fried sleeve like the other stores, instead the use the fries plate, which makes it so messy when its in the bag. Oh yeah, mentioning the bag, I can’t understand why they don’t use trays! I always go there with the family, and usually would like to sit down and eat. So I do not understand the fact of using a paper brown bag. Regarding their burgers, they are good however this place mess it up so bad, that they say yo yourself this is the last time I’m going there. You bite down, you can feel the warm burger patty and feel the color toppings, which just makes take so weird. One more thing, they do not call your order via the order number, instead they’d shout out your name across the food court!

I’ve never had a bad experience here. I find myself in the line at Chipotle, whenever I’m at the mall but I smell Elevation Burger and must have both every time. Everything is made fresh, so there’s a bit of a wait. Totally worth it. Organic, grass-fed beef always wins. The burgers have a great flavor. The fries are just okay, so I can take or leave them. Cool that they’re cooked in olive oil.

This is my second visit to EB. The first time was great but this second visit it was just so-so. The fries were great — they were fresh and crispy. The burger was just ok. It wasn’t your run-of-the-mill fast food burger but I do feel it is a step below other premium burger places. The cheese was way too greasy and the mushrooms tasted like they were from a can. Will I return? I can’t say. With so many other food options in the area, I doubt I’ll return for a while.

Not one to visit The Fashion Mall, let alone eat at a food court. But I was with an East Coast someone who recommended EB. Prices are a little steep for what I’d pay for a burger and fries, but the quality was in the taste. Lots of burger toppings are available for no additional cost, a few cost ~$ 1+ per item. I’d never eaten such an amazing burger — probably one of my most favorite burgers ever, homemade or restaurant. However I couldn’t hardly finish it because of the standard size 2 patties. Suggestion — get a kiddie burger to compliment the large basket of fries you get for the $ 2.50.

It makes perfect sense that Elevation Burger uses only 100% grass-fed beef, because for the most part the employees all seem to be a bit high. The first time I went to Elevation Burger, I fell in love with the place. While I thought they were a tad overpriced, they’re located inside the new food court at Keystone at the Crossing so one expects higher prices than usual. The beef is 100% USDA Certified as Organic, 100% grass-fed, and 100% free-range beef. The Elevation Burger is a two-patty concoction with their special sauce that is mighty tasty when they have the right cook working and mighty greasy when they don’t. Elevation Burger also doesn’t have your traditional«meals.» If you want fries with that, then you’re going to pay extra. As I recall, it was right around $ 2.69 for a generous side order of shoestring style french fries made in a much more healthy for the heart Olive Oil. If you throw in a drink, and who doesn’t, then you’re talking a minimum expenditure in the $ 10 – 12 range which certainly isn’t the most expensive burger in town but is really only average in terms of value. I personally found the drink, iced tea, to be a bit disappointing. Here’s the catch. In my subsequent visits, the quality of my experience in terms of food and service has steadily declined. After being«in love» with the place after the first visit, my second visit left me feeling like it was«good food, but not great» and my third visit had me thinking«really not worth the price.» In part, the steady decline is easily due to wildly inconsistent service that is never fantastic and, at least during the last visit, bordered on awful. The sandwich, which was amazing during my first visit early in their existence, was definitely good on the second and an absolute grease-bomb on my third visit. While I am a fan of shoestring fries, I also find that the quality fluctuates here and at $ 2.69 an order I’m not really willing to take chances. So, there you go. I still definitely support Elevation Burger’s mission of serving a healthier burger but healthier doesn’t always mean tastier. When Elevation Burger is good, it’s very good. When Elevation Burger misses the mark, they wildly miss the mark. That, for me, equals a 3-star rating at just slightly above average for the overall experience.
